He does a brilliant job every time & is fabulous at blow drys!!

Probably my worst haircut ever. Waited initially then hair wash and extra half price treatment .. overall was nice e .. not sure the treatment made any difference. stylist did about 10 minutes cutting my hair then asking how I wanted it dried I replied straight but she suggested giving it more movement possibly in a bid to hide a dreadful cut. She was more interested in other customers already in the salon

Not fair to name names as my styalist may have been having an off day but I have to say that the cut was only average. I have had better cuts for half the price......there were many long strands that were missed and one side was longer than the other.
The young lady washing hair was very good however....

Excellent colour work from Helen as always, lovely blow dry from young staff member, didn't catch her name.

I love this salon. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Great team work. Amazing skills/creativity which is always on trend.

I used to regularly get my hair cut at Toni & Guy and loved it but it's a half hour journey for me to get to and after having my baby I just didn't have the time to get there so I tried another salon... it was dreadful! Upon returning to T&G today I remembered just why I came in the first place!!!

I'm not a great lover of having my hair cut; I don't have the imagination to decide what I want doing and I've had awful experiences in the past but having Nick cut and colour my hair today, my faith is restored! He was excellent, I love everything he's done. My hair feels so healthy and I absolutely love that he turned my grim, broken, orange hair into a healthy, bouncy, blonde balayage dream (for me!)

I was in a hurry but Claire and the team accommodated my need to be in and out as quickly as possible. The service was excellent from every aspect: the meet & greet, hair colouring and a really great cut plus superb service at the backwash. Always enjoy visiting Stockton Heath T&G, but never enough time. ?

My second visit to the Stockton Heath salon and it's now officially my favourite T and G salon. Great massage chair. Relaxing hair wash. Good advice and an amazing cut again from Claire.

Katie cares about every aspect of the appointment, making you feel at ease as soon as you are shown to your chair. She always makes sure that I'm happy with what she is doing, after carefully consulting with you about your requirements.

Chloe did a fabulous job, made me feel confident with my cut, improved the overall condition and made my hair feel more manageable and groomed. I felt like Chloe knew exactly what I needed for my hair.

Great service from a pleasant and helpful professional. Great advice and guidance. Fantastic result. Wash and head massage was good - very relaxing. Very busy and a bit noisy but staff were attentive.

Sorry but not good this time , Douglas didn't get the stylist we booked ( over booked so she couldn't do it ) and I'm afraid the cut was not very good ( very uneven at back and top and although Douglas asked for it to be a bit shorter she didn't cut it ) we are flying in the morning to Marbella for a family wedding where Douglas is a grooms man so to the least we are disappointed

Vito is so professional and is the top of his profession. I am reluctant to tell everyone how good he is as I want to keep him to myself :-).
Vito is so skilled and knows exactly what will suit. He's the only stylist I have ever fully trusted!
Not only that, he is a lovely person that can talk about anything from world affairs to travelling. A real treasure.

Very grateful that Amy was able to fit me in at short notice for my usual colour session. The result was excellent as usual, plus I had a great blow dry by America and a very relaxing shampoo. A very good experience all round.

After a consultation with Liz I felt confident about changing salons and stylists. Liz did a fantastic job, listened to what I wanted and I'm very happy with the result. Gabby who washed my hair was also lovely and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Firstly there was a mix up with my stylist. I was assured my consultation with the first was handed over to the 2nd. It clearly wasn't.
The stylists were lovely and polite and apologetic for the mix up though.
The wash was attentive and relaxing.
The rest felt rushed and not the experience I've had previously. No talk about treatments or what I really wanted. I was not offered hair mask as I have before.
For the price I'm disappointed as feel like there is little difference and did not feel I had been given either the time or the opportunity to say otherwise.
I am hoping this was a one off and next time will be diffrent.

Moved to London a few years ago and I'm home for a visit. I don't like trying a new hairdresser but I was desperate.
For the first time the hairdresser took time to talk about different styles for my hair. Much better cut than I get back home. I'll have to visit home more often

I always leave so happy with my hair. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Before i started coming here I was never that bothered about where I got my hair styled and would book in anywhere. However, one day, about 7 years ago, I treated myself to a hair cut here and have never wanted to go anywhere else. All the stylists are friendly and welcoming and I love getting my hair done here. Amy is fabulous and done wonders on my hair, I feel so confident with her I can let her suggest and decide colour and cut as I know I will always leave with a huge smile on my face!
