Dear Tracy

I am sorry you left feeling agitated this evening after receiving a free apprentice blow dry .
There is an option to pay for your colour blow dry & these prices start from £20.
If you have a rewards card you also will be rewarded with points on all paid services.
We train all our apprentice to the highest standard and plough a lot of money back into education for all our staff
We all try stagger new starters in the salon so the apprentices have someone who has been there a short while long to aspire to be.
