After looking into this you were booked in for an express colour
£22 hairline and parting tint £5 Smartbond treatment
Used points
Total service cost paid- £16.48

This service does not included a professional blowdry
You can however request a professional blowdry and finish with a stylist
This is chargeable from £22

When we endeavor to train all our Apprentices to the highest levels and invest a lot on education , they are all at different levels
This is why we would recommend you booking a professional blowdry

Thank you for your email and we were sorry to hear of your disappointment with your service at TONI&GUY Stockton Heath.

We endeavour to offer and exceed the highest possible standards of service throughout the TONI&GUY organisation.
Jo has worked in our team for 8 years and this is her first day’s sick, which of course can not be helped.
We contacted all Jos clients the day before (Friday)
All clients were contacted by the assistant manager personally.
If we did not manage to speak to you or leave a message- You will have had a missed call.
To save disappointment we moved the few who did not answer the phone to another stylist (varied levels) at the same time , giving yourself the option to either have it cut and styled or to rebook.
Unfortunately on a busy Saturday we could not offer you a style director.
We then informated you called on Sunday to speak to a manager (or you would contact our head office) , unfortunately one was not in on Sunday .
The manager did however try to call you twice today to discuss your appointment.
Although I do understand that you have lost some confidence. You have rebooked an appointment to see our Salon educator on Friday.
