This was my first treatment with Olivia and my first massage at Serenity. It was perfectly tailored to my needs and Olivia made a point of enquiring, before starting, into what I was hoping to get from my treatment. I suffered with sharp pains in my neck and tight shoulders following a gym injury and she took the time to really work my problem areas, ensuring that I was relaxed and that the pressure etc was comfortable. I’m really pleased and will definitely be returning for another! Thank you xox

Natalie created an amazing facial experience for me.. She is very knowledgeable and professional, she put me at ease. Explain what would happen. She told me what my skin needed. And tailored the products to suit what my skin needed. It was the best facial I have ever had.. Natalie is a huge asset to your team

I was in two minds whether or not to leave a review because if I tell everyone how wonderful Sharon is and how superb the treatments and the results are then she’ll be completely booked up and I’ll never get to see her!

I regularly have the rejuvapen treatment and then a Priori Peel a few weeks later plus the Dermalux light treatment after each one. The results are amazing but that’s maybe only because Sharon is amazing. What she doesn’t know about skin isn’t worth knowing and the treatments plus the excellent Priori and Thalgo skin care products that she recommended have worked wonders on my skin. They have not only helped to prevent ageing but also some dark patches from sun damage have disappeared. Just wow! I’ll never go to anyone else for my face treatments. The salon is just gorgeous too.

Serenity is a very good name for this salon, from the moment you step through the door to the moment you leave you feel unrushed and pampered.

I decided to make use of the two treatments for £59 as my gel nails were due anyway and I really wanted to have my eyebrows sorted. I was a little nervous about having HD brows at my age.. I didn’t want dark heavy looking eyebrows. Natalie knew from the onset what I should have and I trusted her judgement completely. Natalie is very careful and spends time and attention to detail. I would definitely have them done again

Well I’m ashamed to say I don’t know if my therapist was Karen C or Karen G ? Either way, one of them was phenomenal. As soon as I walked in for my massage she could see where I was carrying tension. She chatted through where my problem areas were and then got to work on my broken postpartum body. She did a tremendous job relieving a lot of the tension in my body and also helped me understand some of the reasons why I was in so much pain. I will definitely be going back and I would 100% recommend Serenity to friends and family.

It was lovely and felt so nice. Very relaxing and Olivia was great she spoke of I wanted to and stayed quiet when I was relaxing. One thing I would mention when booking is to mention the stairs as there maybe people who are unable to access the treatment rooms as a result.
