Really interesting to hear about the different methods of applying colour. I didn't quite understand how the colour in the foils and then adding the "tone" would then turn out. I thought the tone would affect all of my hair and hence my reaction of "its a bit too light". Hope the girls found it all useful :-)

I came to the salon for a haircut a few weeks ago and I voiced my disappointment of how thin my had become at both sides…
Just by chance, there was a random hair extension on the next hair station which matched my hair colour perfectly. Kirsty explained the process and showed me the options of extensions available. She even fitted one to show how easily it could be done.
There was absolutely no hard sell and I said I’d think about it. It didn’t take much thinking and I was back in the salon a few weeks later to have them fitted!
I’m so pleased with the result! People have commented on how healthy my hair looks! I would recommend anyone who is experiencing slight thinning/breakage of the hair to seek advice from Kirsty! She is understanding, friendly and brilliant at what she does!

I bought my daughter in tonight for a cut and finish. She is 13 and has autism , so we booked later in the day so it would be quieter. Zoe was really lovely with her all the way through, listening to what hollie wanted and did a fantastic cut. hollie is really shy and struggles with anxiety alot. She was as comfortable as I could have hoped for in the salon, all the other staff in there kept commenting on how nice her hair looked and she left feeling like the bees knees. Such a positive experience for her so hopefully she will be at ease to return and not leave it so long between cuts now we've found TPL. Thankyou all , this was a huge positive step for us and I'm very grateful to you for making it this way!

I came in for my appointment yesterday and showed Abbie what I had in mind for the colour and cut as I fancied a change. Abbie shared her knowledge and advice on how we were going to achieve what I had in mind. Abbie carried out the service beautifully with a good chat and supplied me with drinks and made sure I was comfortable throughout the time I was there. I also had a lovely hair wash with Neve who was also very pleasant and ensured that I was comfortable. The end results of my hair is absolutely stunning, I feel like a new woman! Wanted my hair cutting short from very long, I was dubious as I have very stubborn hair that shows up every cut and doesn’t shape very well, stylists in the past haven’t done what I’ve asked.
