I always love coming to TPL, as a regular and longtime customer, it feels like coming to see friends! Always a warm welcome, and always spoilt. Caroline just knows exactly what my hair needs and I always walk away feeling amazing. As for the head massages, well they are legendary!

Men’s perm round 2. Needless to say, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of having Kirsty to do my perm once again, and from the second i sat down for my consultation I knew I was in good hands. Kirsty explained in depth the different options I could chose from clear outlining the end product, she listen to every detail I found important about the way I wanted my hair to style and took it straight into work. Kirsty made me feel super comfortable upon arrival and banished any nerves I carried with me by explaining the full process once again. The perm process can be a lengthy one but Kirsty retained her uplifting energy throughout ensuring I had a smile on my face the entire time and not a single awkward moment. Finally the finished product yet again was exactly what she promised and I couldn’t have been happier. She helped my style my hair how I please and gave advice on my after care moving forwards. All in all the perfect experience and I quite simply couldn’t recommend her enough. Need a perm lads, look no further… this team are extremely friendly and professional and I will most definitely be returning soon!
From initial consultation to now Kirsty has been incredible at every appointment. Not only is she amazing at her work she is also an amazing person who is so friendly. Always providing an honest opinion to ensure your hair is kept in best condition. After losing faith in hairdressers she has completely restored this and my hair is in the best condition it has ever been in, all because Kirsty provided an honest opinion on how to help it grow and regain strength. The only person I'd trust to do my hair - she is an absolute asset to the business. She also gives me 2 biscuits with my coffee instead of one so she gets extra points for that

It was my first visit to the salon and I was greeted on arrival by a lovely friendly team and felt welcomed, relaxed and at ease.
I was expertly and professionally advised about my desired style, that turned out exactly what I had wanted. The whole experience was very enjoyable.
This was my first visit, having moved recently to the area. I was very impressed with everything! The booking of the appointment and welcome at reception, the whole personalised experience, including discussion over colours and my hair in general, discussing treatments and styling and the overall atmosphere in the salon. It’s been a long time since i’ve stepped foot in a hair salon and Toni made me feel at ease straight away. I had a great appointment, the salon is lovely and so are the staff, my stylist and me chatted easily and she fully understood my existing colour and what I wanted from the appointment. It was also a very relaxed atmosphere even though it was busy.
My hair looks amazing! I had a cut, half head of foils and finish. ( and a head massage… bliss )

Poor experience at the end of appointment despite the start of the appointment being present and the salon being recommended to me by a friend I genuinely wish I had not gone I felt uncomfortable and like I I was hurried out genuine disappointed will not be returning.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. It was my first time getting a perm and as the ladies could tell, nerves were high to say the least. From the consultation both Kirsty and Anita listened to everything I wanted as an end product and knew exactly how to accomplish it. Kirsty was a pleasure to be around, lovely to talk to and made me comfortable from the get go. A friendly yet professional experience and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the end product. Both Olivia and Toni helped out when needed and yet again were both lovely and really polite. All said and done, I will most definitely be returning in the future.
