It’s been a long time since i’ve stepped foot in a hair salon and Toni made me feel at ease straight away. She definitely worked some magic from the long thick hair i started with to what the end result was. I feel so much more like me and i have her to thank for it. Next appointment is already booked!

I had a great appointment, the salon is lovely and so are the staff, my stylist and me chatted easily and she fully understood my existing colour and what I wanted from the appointment. It was also a very relaxed atmosphere even though it was busy.
My hair looks amazing! I had a cut, half head of foils and finish. ( and a head massage… bliss )
I already have a hairdresser who I have used for many years, so I am not looking to change salons, but for anyone looking for a salon to use, I would highly recommend TPL, you will not be disappointed. I felt very lucky to win this prize!

Poor experience at the end of appointment despite the start of the appointment being present and the salon being recommended to me by a friend I genuinely wish I had not gone I felt uncomfortable and like I I was hurried out genuine disappointed will not be returning.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. It was my first time getting a perm and as the ladies could tell, nerves were high to say the least. From the consultation both Kirsty and Anita listened to everything I wanted as an end product and knew exactly how to accomplish it. Kirsty was a pleasure to be around, lovely to talk to and made me comfortable from the get go. A friendly yet professional experience and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the end product. Always a pleasure to visit the salon. It’s not just a cut it’s an hour of me time, relaxation and walking out feeling new. You get what you pay for, I have had cheap haircuts in the past which have looked awful and just put up with them but since coming to TPL I regularly get compliments on my hair. Caroline listens to your requirements, gives the best head massage and is a local business owner who invests in her staff and training. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming unlike some salons. I have bought a hair product of her before and she has priced matched it to Amazon.
