I had a 10/10 experience with the new stylist toni, she was a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable on how to cut curly hair and answered every question i had. It was the first time i had someone cut my curly hair exactly how it needed to be cut. My haircut was incredible and it gave me such a confidence boost. Would definitely recommend booking with her.

Really not happy, haircut was awful. I asked for a shoulder length bob and it is chin length with all layers. It’s so old fashioned. It’s been so upsetting too and I sent a long email just to be ignored

They fit me in on very short notice for a wash and blow-dry. Olivia/Liv who's one of the apprentices did it for me, she was absent lovely, very attentive and best head massage ever. She listened to what kind of finish I wanted and I can honestly say it's the best finish I ever gotten from any stylist ever, it looks amazing, the shape and bounce to my hair feels like I had a hair cut as well.
