Always a pleasure to visit the salon. It’s not just a cut it’s an hour of me time, relaxation and walking out feeling new. You get what you pay for, I have had cheap haircuts in the past which have looked awful and just put up with them but since coming to TPL I regularly get compliments on my hair. Caroline listens to your requirements, gives the best head massage and is a local business owner who invests in her staff and training. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming unlike some salons. I have bought a hair product of her before and she has priced matched it to Amazon.

Really not happy, haircut was awful. I asked for a shoulder length bob and it is chin length with all layers. It’s so old fashioned. It’s been so upsetting too and I sent a long email just to be ignored
