We understand that parking can be a challenge and we apologize if this caused any issues for you. We do our best to accommodate our clients and their needs, and we regret that we were unable to provide you with a blow dry service during your visit. Two hours is really not enough time to fit in your chosen treatment as it is quite a lengthly process including the toner afterwards. Although you were not charged the full amount for the blow dry, unfortunately we have to take some form of payment for an appointment slot that would have been wasted and could’ve been taken by someone else. Maybe we should have told you at the time of booking how long you would be with us, so I can only apologise.

Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to make it up to you in the future.
Please don’t feel awkward about ever returning to HAIR38. We would always welcome you back.
