David is quietly efficient and just understood what I needed on this first time visit. I liked his attentive capable manner result a thorough and balanced cut! Beautiful.

David gave me some very good advice,about the best hair style to suit me.

Sadly this will be my last visit to what was a favourite place. Even after a personal after appointment visit where I was assured I would be contacted to remedy my poor experience nothing happened. Furthermore I was dismayed at the owner response at justification. You don't expect your hair to be deliberately twinned out when looking for volume, and to find the cut hair still there at the ends because it wasn't combed out. Very disappointed.

Another fabulous, flawless haircut and blow dry by the ever talented Hayley.

Always treated very well at Hair 38. Yesterday was an extremely hot day but Hayley and the team had done everything to make the salon comfortable. Lots of cold water on hand too.

Can’t recommend David enough. I’m in my fifties and had long hair I’d just clip up every day - I wanted something short and low-maintenance instead. David talked me through the options and I left Hair38 with the best haircut I’ve ever had: a crisp jawline bob that’s easy to style. The compliments haven’t stopped.

I had the most fabulous experience at this hair salon. Such a friendly team and David was phenomenal. I had a ladies cut and finish but wanted a bit of a restyle. He listened to what I was wanting and did a wonderful job more than I could have asked for. Not to mention the fabulous blow dry to finish!

There is always a friendly and warm welcome at Hair 38. Housed in an historic building it is a stylish, modern salon. The staff are confident, professional and listen with empathy to clients requirements. My stylist Hayley always welcomed me with a smile. She is an excellent colorist and can provide a brilliant head massage. As I trust her completely with styling my hair I have been a regular customer for several years and always leave the salon feeling ‘ a new woman’

Hayley is always consistent and gives 100%.. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I got timed out on my car park so had to leave /move my car , so was charged as booked a style and blow dry , but left without that happening , paid 117 for roots and toner and no blow dry so feel disappointed ! I will know next time !

Visited for the first time this week for a hair cut with Megan. Megan made me feel really comfortable, she didn’t rush, really listened to what I wanted and I loved my new style. I couldn’t recommend Megan enough!
