As always, Luca did a fantastic job with my colour and style! It has taken me a long time to find someone I trust completely again and now I can fully relax when having my hair coloured. Everyone is very polite and helpful, with regular offers of drinks/magazines etc. Clean and bright salon in a really accessible location with a car park to the rear (small fee). I would fully recommend Luca and the salon, thanks so much!

Another great visit to Terrance Paul, with my amazing stylist Katrina. My colour, extensions and cut is stunning. Never do I have to worry what my hair will come out like , if I want a change. Because the final results are always fab. All the staff at this salon make you welcome it’s just 5 star

I've been coming to Olivia for 8 years and she is just amazing! My colour is gorgeous and the condition of my hair is perfect, they use Wellaplex and take care to really ensure your hair is looked after. The coffee, the massage chair at the backwash and the fabulous way you are treated by all the team is just the best. My absolute favourite place!!

Luca worked magic on my hair. My hair needed a colour boost and Luca achieved that with touching up my roots and then applying a toner . My hair was transformed to a lovely light blonde with natural tones.. Luca than took time to cut and blow my hair into a beautiful style. I came out of the salon feeling immensely happy with my hair. I have been to a number of top class, big name salons over the years but none of them come close to Terence Paul in terms of their professionalism and customer service. All of the stylists are extremely well trained and knowledgeable and follow the ethos of being extremely professional whilst at the same time making the customer feel relaxed and pampered. Olivia is my stylist and is the ultimate professional. Olivia is super-efficient, highly skilled, incredibly knowledgeable and an all-round really nice person who makes her customers feel relaxed and valued. Olivia’s attention to detail is second to none and is a true perfectionist. Olivia is a true gem who embodies all that is great about Terence Paul as a brand. In Olivia I have found a stylist that really understands exactly what I want and she will be my stylist for life. I rate both Olivia and Terence Paul 10/10 and all associated with the brand should be congratulated for their team effort to make a visit to the salon the kind of experience you want to have when you want to be pampered. In addition, during Covid times they have adapted in a way that puts their customers health and well-being first but at the same time maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. Well done Olivia and the team!
