I only phoned a couple of hours before and they managed to fit me in. They made me a cappuccino and it came with a little cake made me feel special. The hairdresser, Saranne, did exactly what I wanted which is unusual. Very pleased with outcome and booked another appointment straight away.

5 months post chemo and Tiegan was fantastic at working with my new hair growth and longer hair. Great colour coverage and worked around new hair growth. I really valued her knowledge and experience. She also did a cut to help give the impression of more voluminous hair and recommendations on aftercare products to promote growth. Lovely chats with all the staff there whilst in the salon. The team atmosphere is great and it’s a lovely salon experience. Highly recommend

Stylist was amazing, listened to everything that I wanted in my consultation. Absolutely Love my hair!! Only issue was that I was charged more than I was told it would cost, and wasn’t made aware of this additional charge until it came to paying after my hair was already finished. Which I wasn’t happy about.
Tiegan did an amazing job with my cut and blow dry.
After coming in with no idea of what style I was looking for, her professional advice during my consultation suited exactly what I needed.
Tiegan was friendly and polite throughout the whole process at Francesco, and I would definitely recommend her services to others.
The consultation and final colour were good. I would have preferred not to have had to clean all the left over colour off my hair line before I could go out

She understood the cold cap treatment and provided expert knowledge on hair treatments and products during the chemotherapy cycles.
