Im that awful customer that walks in a salon after ruining her hair with bleach and a diy job 🙃 and then expects miracles 😳 however, Kristina was really patient and knowledgeable about starting over and rebalancing my orange 🍊 roots and peroxide blonde 🙈 Kristina took her time and did not pass me through to others from start to finish which I prefer personally and her time and effort was much appreciated and glad I have started my journey at Francesco Group. Took my Daughter to have her hair cut with Courtney. She was a little nervous as she has long hair and had a bad experience at another salon where it was cut too short. Courtney took her time.
