Returned yet again for a cut by Marta. Delighted with the result. Recommended!

Fabulous visit at mode ,Georgia did my hair today& did an amazing job,really gave me a boost of confidence ? just what I wanted ?

Yet another fabulous hair cut and colour by Meg. Friendly and approachable stylist who listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Lovely experience from beginning to end.

Gemma has done a wonderful job with my hair straightening. I am very pleased. She was very courteous and professional. Her tips for best results were evident. Overall great experience.

Mode is a modern, stylish salon with an excellent skillset from all the staff who are highly trained and the products they use are to die for!

As always an amazing experience and the ultimate hair result. I'm always so so happy with the result. Jess is a 'cut' above when it comes to colouring and cutting hair. It also helps that she's beautiful on the inside as well as out ?

Although the hair cut turned out fine and ***** was great with my hair wash and the rapport was also great , I was really disappointed with the experience and atmosphere of the actual cut. It felt really cold and impersonal. The only time ***** spoke to me was to see what I wanted to my hair. I have never been to a hair salon where I have sat in silence for my whole hair appointment feeling awkward. I resorted to scrolling through my phone throughout half the appointment which I didn’t enjoy. Definitely won’t be returning as I don’t want an uncomfortable experience again which is disappointing as I was hoping to get my full head of colour at this salon.

Thank you to Jess and Natalie for an amazing cut and colour my niece came over 400 miles to see them Jess is my regular hair dresser and Natalie is the expert on balayage We both want to say thank you and absolute recommend Mode

Had a really nice experience. Kaleigh(I hope I have spelled it right) was really wonderful, made me very comfortable and I felt heard at a salon after a long time. She was not scared to give me a hairstyle of my choice which I really appreciate. I was only visiting a friend in Chester but would love to pop back for another haircut whenever I am in Chester again.

I have been coming to mode for a number of years and they are the best salon around -- I have very thick hair and all the stylists know exactly what to do with it -- all the visits have been excellent !! Outstanding salon and staff !

Jess is a fabulous hairdresser and has been looking after my hair for over 10 years - I always look forward to my appointments - 5 star treatments and a good catch up with a friend. The salon has Avery friendly atmosphere- I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I spoke to Gemma on the phone about changing hairdressers after 11 years. She was very kind on the phone and gave me total confidence to book in that day for a consultation. When I had my consultation with Gemma she was very confident and knowledgeable. I am booked in for color and cut in two weeks which I am looking forward to.

Myself and my partner have travelled the world and have been prepped by multiple TV and magazine hair stylists but to have such a luxury experience at Mode Chester is something that we highly recommend! They are highly experienced and the icons on the cake was that they served us two glasses of champagne and sat us next to one another!! They go above and beyond especially with aftercare!! I'm in love!!
