No hot water to rinse out conditioning mask. No apology from management. Very disappointing for a Toni and Guy salon. Water pressure needs attention too as it is very variable and more often than not, quite feeble. My stylist, Kathleen, is great and always does a fantastic blow dry. My rating is based on the salon facilities, NOT my stylist

Every time me of my daughter have our hair cut by Kathleen we are ALWAYS happy with it and Kathleen is always cheerful and kind, we always get offered a drink and a magazine to read. Just always fantastic.

Can pls redo my colour.. my roots are all black no highlights. I go to Toni & Guy Westfield London and thats what they normally do. I have pictures to show u.

Kathleen arrived on time at my home on the day of the wedding and was both patient and very friendly. Both mine, my mothers and bridesmaids hair was done and all looked perfect. It’s so great when you can find someone that meets your expectations on such a special occasion. Thank you so much.

I was having a big big big change, it really needed doing, and I was so nervous, Kathleen made me feel at ease, she was excited, friendly, reassuring, professional and confident.

He cut was perfectly executed, and exactly what I wanted, she made immaculate product suggestions for my hair condition and I’m happy to say I bought.

Mary, as always was wonderful with our daughter, very patient with her wriggling in the chair and still managed to cut her hair beautifully!! Very skilled! The assistant was also lovely with our daughter and showed excellent customer service. Very impressed again.

Love the new hair colour and cut. Admit was a little upset when first saw colour, but Jasmine put my mind at rest saying it would get lighter as I washed which it has. But wondering when I will need it coloured again.

Firstly I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get an appointment on the same day for a balayage! Helen was amazing, I came on after a disaster visit elsewhere and she listened to exactly what I wanted. The other salon visit left me feeling quite down and rubbish about myself as I didn’t like my hair and wasn’t what I was looking for, Helen’s put a smile back in my face and made me feel great again, thank you! :)
