Excellent service. Sinead was covering for a colleague and it must have been daunting having to manage so many of those, like me, happy with their usual stylist. She was great.

Decided to have my hair cut shorter and my colour made softer and had great advice from my stylist. I love my new cut and colour-and so does my family! Thank you Sharon.

Unfortunately despite being treated nicely to tea and magazines, the stylist clearly wasn’t listening to my requests as I had to have my colour redone. Resulting in a 6 hour long visit! The first attempt resulted in a dull brown- grey looking colour despite asking for and showing an image of a blonde style. The second attempt was better but not as close to what I’d hoped for. In addition to this the total cost was an extortionate £185 when I was quoted around £150, and considering I had fine shoulder length hair to begin with and an uncomplicated cut into a straight bob, I deem this overpriced! I won’t be recommending or returning other than for reimbursement for a wasted day.

Sinead is an amazing stylist and I am 150 per cent happy with my color and cut.

As always, Kim was helpful and just seems to get how I like my hair done. We discussed my hair needs, whether I was happy with the current colour and offered to cut my hair too. She always talks to me about when I might need more colour or if and when I need a cut. I was offered the usual mags and a coffee. I love coming to Kim as we always discuss my hair needs, she will guide and help me with colour choices and just knows how I like my hair done.

Friendly welcome as always. Refreshment was offered. Good advice on cut and colour options. Very pleased with final cut.

Kim is very familiar with my style and cut and consequently the result is always a success! Always friendly and attentive.
