Me and my daughter came to Leah for the first time today. Leah listened and understood exactly what my daughter wanted, which was quite a big to change to her current style (super long to 5inches shorter with layers and face framing)
The final look is exactly what she wanted.
Conversation was easy and age appropriate, without too many forced questions and chatting. We’ll definitely be back!

Very rushed. Emma was lovely and attentive and thorough. However, I wasn’t offered a drink and felt a little rushed in general. I was running 8 minutes late upon arrival and tried to call to warn then but the phones kept ringing. Think they are shor staffed at present.

Nadine cut my daughter's hair today and she was absolutely wonderful. My daughter is very anxious but Nadine put her at ease , made her laugh and ensured she was comfortable throughout. Hair looks fab also! Thank you ever so much.

Ollie cut my hair today and did a great job. Recommended

It’s my daughter’s first salon visit to have her hair cut and she had mixed emotions however Nadine encouraged her to have conversation with her. She was also very patient towards her.

After showing Sally the picture of what I wanted doing thought should all be fine .Took me over to wash my hair didn’t realise I was going to have a full neck and back shower as well not even an apology and she knew it was soaking wet , after she had finished cutting my hair didn’t offer any spray ,didn’t straighten it nothing and more to the point looked nothing like the photo let’s just say I won’t need to have my hair cut for quite a while as it is so short now ,very dissatisfied and disappointed .
