It’s my daughter’s first salon visit to have her hair cut and she had mixed emotions however Nadine encouraged her to have conversation with her. She was also very patient towards her.

After showing Sally the picture of what I wanted doing thought should all be fine .Took me over to wash my hair didn’t realise I was going to have a full neck and back shower as well not even an apology and she knew it was soaking wet , after she had finished cutting my hair didn’t offer any spray ,didn’t straighten it nothing and more to the point looked nothing like the photo let’s just say I won’t need to have my hair cut for quite a while as it is so short now ,very dissatisfied and disappointed .

I had a great scalp consultation with Mr. Kai at PKAI Hair in Hampton. He was kind, professional, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. He thoroughly checked my scalp and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated that he didn’t recommend any unnecessary treatments or extra services. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommend – 10/10!

not had amazing experiences with different salons before…was really scared to try somewhere new but i enjoyed every single moment of it. i felt so comfortable and in safe hands and i left with the biggest smile on my face all thanks to Emma! she is truly a wonderful stylist. i didn’t have a lot of inspiration and really relied on her to work some magic and that is exactly what she did and i love my new hair!

I arrived for my appointment on time, and my stylist did not begin until over 40 minutes after I was booked for. Because of this, my stylist rushed as we were approaching closing time. He did not listen to what I requested and due to his late start making us past closing time I felt pressured to say it was fine despite not being remotely what I asked for.
