From Nervous to Confident – Thank You!
I came in today for a colour correction and was looked after by Kai, the salon owner. From the very start, he took the time to really understand the look I was trying to achieve, explained the process clearly, and made sure my hair’s condition was protected rather than rushing into anything too harsh. I felt reassured knowing that he truly cared about both the result and the health of my hair.
Before I go any further, I’d just like to say this to anyone thinking about writing a review: please do go in and talk to the team first. They listen, they care, and they want the best for your hair—it’s not just about the appointment, it’s about their reputation and their brand too. Giving them the chance to understand and correct things makes all the difference.
I also want to say a special thank you to Megan (apologies if I’ve spelled that wrong). She was lovely every time I spoke to her on the phone, showed such empathy, and today kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay. She gave me such a warm welcome.
A big thank you as well to Emma, who I believe is the salon director. When I came in on Sunday, she was incredibly supportive, listened to me carefully, and arranged for this appointment to happen. That extra care meant a lot.
And thank you to Nadine too, who gave me a wonderful conditioning treatment and massage during my wash—it was exactly what I needed. She was so friendly, and we had a lovely chat afterwards. What I really appreciated was how she also included the gentleman sat next to us in the conversation, making him feel seen and included too. It created such a nice, welcoming atmosphere.
All in all, I’ve left the salon today feeling amazing, welcomed, and full of confidence again. I’ll definitely be returning—thank you to the whole team for such a great experience.
