My daughter ( 7 ) looks forward to her haircut with Emma. She absolutely loves Emma. Emma has so much patience and checks with both my daughter and myself throughout. There's also a man there that my daughter finds funny who will always find time to talk or even smile at her. Emma has a wealth of knowledge and will answer my neverending questions.

I couldn't be more happy with my hair, luca is so lovely. Genuinly done an amazing job. ❤️

I had highlights and a cut and blow dry by Erin. The colour was amazing, she told me exactly what I needed. My hair has never looked so good! Will definitely be returning!

I booked myself for root colour & toner with blast dry and it turned out that on the day of appointment that I booked for full head h/l along with cut and proper blow dry, I had to explain myself again that I am here only for my root colour & the hairdresser said that they are looking forward to do some highlights today, which made me very embarrassed, when the root colour applied it was running down to my face and I had to ask someone to provide me tissue to clean that, also my top get wet during the wash off which was annoying,
I am a regular customer of PKai since 2022, services rates are always higher but without any professionalism involved.

This was my first time at PKai for myself (my son always goes there for his haircuts). Since I have very long hair I am not always confident getting done at all places because I always wonder if people will know how to manage and handle this length of hair. However, Meghan did such a wonderful job. It was a relaxation, therapy, massage, haircut, blow dry and straightening session all in one go! Would highly recommend Meghan for anyone who wants to have a great experience.

What an amazing experience. We moved into the area not that long ago and we were in need of a new hairdresser. Couldn’t thank the staff enough. For my daughter’s 5th birthday we decided to go and have a little pamper session for her as she hasn’t had a haircut in a year. The staff there made her experience one she will never forget. They were all amazing and I thank Raluca(Luca) from the bottom of my heart for making my daughters experience amazing. Will definitely return.

Lovely start to a new style

She's been so sweet and welcoming, me and my daughter liked her alot she took the time to help us and been patient. She even called my mom early to let her know the hair colour was not a good match for the hair so my mom then prepared to do it herself at home. She's so thoughtful

Leah did both mine and my daughters had and Leah made the experience so lovely. She did a total redo of my daughter’s hair and I’ve never seen her smile so much. Thank you Leah for putting me at ease as well as getting my hair cut makes me so nervous

I've been coming to get my hair cut for nearly a year now. I started with my hair halfway down my back and now have a short cropped style. With help and advice from Sean, I have been able to move forward confidently with my new style. I love the friendly atmosphere and Im always taken care of so well. Thank you.
