Everyone is very helpful and you never feel rush

Have been a client for over four years and very much look forward to my appointments. All the staff are so welcoming and make you feel very special. Particularly know Paolo, Caitlin and Charlotte who are brilliant, talented and very professional hairdressers, always making sure the client is receiving the best experience and leaves feeling totally great. Would not go anywhere else!

So professional yet in a relaxed friendly way.

Super service from Beccy as always, however the young lady that washed my hair forgot the treatment until I said about it. She was then rushed by the young man assistsnt to rinse the next lady and therefore I’m not sure my treatment was properly done. My Blowdry felt rushed too and still a little damp when I left. Colour great as always just slightly disappointed with wash and blow dry.

My first visit to Cambridge and the magic was meant to happen. When I spotted Toni and Guy, there was an available appointment today and Charlotte went to work. Transformed my hair from drab to stylish. Everyone really friendly, from the minute I walked in. I look forward to seeing you all again in six weeks.

My hair was cut by Charlotte and she did a slightly different cut from that which Tiffany used to do. It looks good and the back is a slightly more modern cut. We also had an enjoyable and engaging conversation. Marks out of 10 - 8.5 as I forgot to ask her to cut my moustache as we were taking so much. Bruce

The atmosphere and service are very good from hair wash, head massage to hair cut and style. Clare has been my hairdresser for more than 10 years and I just love it. The only downside is the price.

I went with my daughter for her haircut. The stylist Sarah was really helpful and listened. My daughter and I were very happy with the cut and style. I had a lovely coffee whilst I waited. The student discount helped. Will definitely go back again.

Chris is my stylist and I trust him implicitly. He listens closely to what it is I’d like to achieve and gets it right literally every time! He’s always super professional and knows how to provide top class customer service.
I have never left the salon feeling anything less than thrilled with my new do and having had a very relaxing and positive experience...which also includes a head massage and great cappuccino!!!
This salon certainly knows how to give a complete and very professional service yet also adds a personal touch.
I cannot more highly recommend.

Hairdresser did a wonderful job of helping me choose what I wanted as a hair colour. All staff were courteous and kind.
The toilet was not clean but the area where the hair service was provided was alright .

I have visited the salon three times now having been to Saks at various places forever!
I enjoy the experience, Amy does the perfect colour and Charlotte the perfect cut. However, I have left this review to particularly acknowledge the young girl who washed my hair and brushed it without it hurting - that was a first ????

I have lived in Cambridge for the last 5 years and had find it hard to get someone with the skills and the professionalism of Mrs Tiffany. I must say it was a lost for me to see her leave , but I also believe It was a greater lost for the company. What a great asset she was. Warm charming and always with a smile and a great sense of humor. I wish her the very best and the best of luck in her future.

I enjoy a lot the experience in your saloon each time I go. The staff is so fantastic and friendly. And the result is amazing! Including the hair massage. Can't walt for the next time
