I always enjoy my experience with T&G. Christopher has been cutting my hair now for the best part of four year and he’s absolutely brilliant!! All staff are super friendly!! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful welcome from all staff. Made to feel relaxed and had a great appointment. Claire cut a brilliant shape as usual! Really pleased.

After getting my hair coloured, I needed it blown dry. I realised, however, that my parking was expiring and I'd have to leave sooner rather than later. I was also hoping to get a fringe trim.

To help me, two styles 'blasted' my hair dry very quickly. One also gave me a quick fringe trim.

I really appreciate the responsiveness of the team. they were really kind to help me out in the way they did. Thank you!

I have been visiting the Cambridge Toni and Guy for almost 15 years and I can honelaty say the entire Team are incredible. Always hugely welcoming regardless if the phone is ringing off the hook and people being served at Reception. I look forward so very much to my quarterly Cut and Blow Dry with Sarah, she is so so very talented and really understands how to cut my hair (it’s fine and curly and can very easily look dreadful) I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

I have been visiting the Tony & Guy salon in cambrudge for about 6 years. I find the team very nice, very professional and always accommodating. They go out of their way to help if something goes wrong (someone is sick or there’s a delay). I can’t recommend them enough

I was pleased with my re colour. It turned out nice. My only frustration is yet again l, even though I asked to have the colour taken off my scalp it was still there. I have tried today to exfoliate and clean it off but no joy. So on my anniversary weekend away I have three blobs of colour on my head :-(

As usual everything first class. Very professional without being stuffy! The minute you walk into salon there’s a good friendly atmosphere. I have been a client for donkeys years. How long is that??? Just after you opened!!

I look forward to my Toni and guy visits, from the head massage through to the finished cut I have a really nice experience. The staff are lovely and it’s a nice salon to be in. Unflattering light in those mirrors, but that could just be my face. Recommended.

Very friendly staff, good quality haircut, but the receptionist was very unfriendly and made me as a customer not think of coming back again ever.
Try to be kind, smile to the customer, offer alternatives and just be friendly!
