I came to Toni & Guy in Cambridge few times and I always left happy. They not only do what you ask but suggest the best solution for your hair. The only negative is that it cost a lot, a lot of money.

Really friendly. Frankie listened to my ideas, and gave me the perfect cut. Made me a lot better about myself.

As always, I had an amazing cut today with Clare. She always knows exactly what I want, and is so skilled with the scissors. Have felt fantastic all day with my new cut! Thank you Clare!

I am a regular customer at the Cambridge salon and they never fail to deliver a great service from reception to treatments. All the staff are brilliant. I usually see Katie, who is an amazing stylist but there are several others who have seen me as a client when she can’t and they are all brilliant. All the stylists are very friendly, experienced and professional. Five stars from me. Thank you.

I was very happy with everything overall I love my haircut and my hairdresser (Charlotte) she is so friendly and lovely I always look forward to getting my haircut at Toni&Guy
because it’s so enjoyable.

I went today for the first time, it was a particularly stressfully day for all staff as they had an issue with a water pipe and therefore had no water! They had made arrangements with a salon close by to use their basins to wash their clients and had done everything in their power to ensure that that the salon could function and they didn’t have to cancel appointments. They informed everyone before they arrive so they could rearrange if they preferred. With all this going on, I was greeted with warm smiles and happy faces, everyone was doing what they could to make this as good an experience as possible. I had a brilliant haircut and I must say the best blow dry in years ( Charlotte really seemed to understand me) thank you all for a wonderful Experience and for staying so positive in the face of adversity. A particular shout out to Charlotte who has given me the best hair cut I have had all year.

Been using this salon since it first opened. Never ever been disappointed. Claire Henry outstanding hair cutter. Fay for colour amazing. It’s the wonderful feeling when you leave the salon and people take notice of the cut and occasionally being asked where I had my hair done. Great team there.
