Claire is always on time even though she is a busy manager. The girls training there do a very good hair wash and massage. They sometimes hold charity fund-raisers which is very good.

Amy was great. I never had my hair dyed before so I was quite nervous. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and it turned out beautifully! So happy with my hair

Christopher McNally has cut my hair twice now and each time, I leave the salon with something bold and new. I am always told by family and friends how much younger and fresher his haircuts make me look even if I’m a ball of nerves at the salon during the cut! Thanks!

Every time I get my haircut here I leave happy. I used to live in Cambridge and now live in London. I still travel back to get my haircut here and I think that says it all. Very very good.

Chris always cuts my hair. He knows what suits me and what doesn’t. Never had a bad cut. He doesn’t do bad cuts. Great as always. Always love my head massage st shampoo too.

This salon is my favourite. Chris is great at cutting hair. I can highly recommend the courteous staff too.

I had my hair cut by Caitlyn. I was a bit anxious as I've always had bad experiences at hair salons but she was so professional that I really felt I was in capable hands. I absolutely love my hair and she was so friendly that an hour felt like 10 minutes! Will definitely be returning. The young guy (I forget his name but I think he had blue hair?) that shampooed my hair was also really lovely and chatty. My whole experience was just great. Thanks very much :)

Have been going to Toni&Guy in Cambridge for the last 10 years and was never left disappointed. It’s always busy so one has to book an appointment well in advance especially on Saturdays.

Saw Paolo today - last minute appointment. He sorted a bad haircut from another salon!
It was a (probably) longer than normal consult as a few ‘issues’ to sort but he took his time and listened. He completely got where I was coming from.

I find it really hard to get a decent short hair cut, so I'm so happy I found Caitlin. She cuts my hair perfectly! And so effortlessly, she makes it look easy and it is always exactly how I want it.

Salon staff are always very professional. Lovely head massage as part of the shampoo process. Always offered tea and coffee, often wine in afternoon. Hair cut by Caitlin is always great, she looks after the hair, makes sure the cut is right for hair type, my hair looks thicker and is stronger. And she always has a smile! It is on the higher end of the price spectrum but because the cut is so good I find I can go 8-9 wks in between cuts rather than usual 6.

Had a different girl as normal stylist on maternity leave.
Showed a picture as to the length I wanted my hair to be but she's not cut it short enough! Also asked her to put more layers in but she didn't. A lot of money to pay when you feel you'll have to have it cut again soon
