Think the therapist was Shelby at westcroft branch. Was kept waiting until 11.30 (appt11.15) while having the treatment the music switched off about 10 minutes into the massage. Lots of noise heard & phone ringing not a nice calm therapeutic experience. Therapist asked the music to play again which started & then went off again within a minute. I have had better ones before but probably won't book there again

I don’t remember the name of the lovely girl who did my eyebrows, but honestly, it doesn’t even matter — every time I come in, whoever works on me gets them spot on. The shape is always perfect, the service is fantastic, and everyone is so friendly. I always leave feeling fresh and happy. Highly recommend.

As I am off work today, I checked availability on the off chance and was accomodated for the afternoon. From the booking on the telephone to the check in, the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. The treatment room looked very relaxing with soft lights and music. The bed is heated and comfortable. The treatment itself is very good- I opted for the hot stone massage. Oils used smelt lovely. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I highly recommend.

I booked and pre paid £10.50 for my eyebrows to be tinted. This is what I always have. Once tinted she said they’ll look better if shaped. Ok I said. She waxed them taking all of 2 minutes. When I got to the till she said that will be an extra £13.50. I said what for 2 minutes??? Unbelievable. Disgusting price. I feel I should have been told that it was that price to shape as I would have definitely declined. Previous people who have tinted my brows, use tweezers for the odd hairs but I have never been charged any more than £10.50. I will not return.

I find I was welcomed with a smile and was seen very quickly. Leah was very every engaging and listened to what I was asking for with me nails.
I find the service very good and the environment calming and relaxing with nice quotes to lift the mind.

I previously had a disappointing experience when the beautician waxed my upper lip repeatedly until the skin came off. I looked like I had some disease around my mouth for about a week while it was healing. Not OK.

But I am a person of second chances so I came back again and walked away even more upset than before. My appointment started 10 mins late and there was no acknowledgement of that or apology for it. I then said I want my brows as thick as they can be which is what I always say but Anica got carried away and made them as thin as they were back in the 90s, only 1-2 bits of hair left at the ends. I just wanted to cry!!! This is disrespectful and not at all following what I asked for. When I questioned it, she said my brows now look lifted. I didn’t come for a face lift but a brow wax. She got moody after this and not at all friendly. There was no acknowledgement or apology of her removing half of my eye brows. They are not symmetrical and ridiculously thin. I will never be back to this over priced place again and I will sure advise everyone I know against it. Such a shame as it’s really close to where I live.
