Shelley did an excellent pedicure finished off with gel . Also had eyebrows waxed Very pleased

I booked and pre paid £10.50 for my eyebrows to be tinted. This is what I always have. Once tinted she said they’ll look better if shaped. Ok I said. She waxed them taking all of 2 minutes. When I got to the till she said that will be an extra £13.50. I said what for 2 minutes??? Unbelievable. Disgusting price. I feel I should have been told that it was that price to shape as I would have definitely declined. Previous people who have tinted my brows, use tweezers for the odd hairs but I have never been charged any more than £10.50. I will not return.

I find I was welcomed with a smile and was seen very quickly. Leah was very every engaging and listened to what I was asking for with me nails.
I find the service very good and the environment calming and relaxing with nice quotes to lift the mind.

I previously had a disappointing experience when the beautician waxed my upper lip repeatedly until the skin came off. I looked like I had some disease around my mouth for about a week while it was healing. Not OK.

But I am a person of second chances so I came back again and walked away even more upset than before. My appointment started 10 mins late and there was no acknowledgement of that or apology for it. I then said I want my brows as thick as they can be which is what I always say but Anica got carried away and made them as thin as they were back in the 90s, only 1-2 bits of hair left at the ends. I just wanted to cry!!! This is disrespectful and not at all following what I asked for. When I questioned it, she said my brows now look lifted. I didn’t come for a face lift but a brow wax. She got moody after this and not at all friendly. There was no acknowledgement or apology of her removing half of my eye brows. They are not symmetrical and ridiculously thin. I will never be back to this over priced place again and I will sure advise everyone I know against it. Such a shame as it’s really close to where I live.

I was very nervous about the procedure but booked in as my eyebrows were becoming patchy. Christina was super at putting my mind at ease, She was calm and reassuring and explained each step of the process. By the end I was very relaxed

I just had the most amazing facial. Anica is very flexible – I am a wheelchair user and needed to remain in my wheelchair but she made it a relaxing and wonderful experience for me.

Cristina was brilliant from start to finish. She explained the issue with my brows and suggested the best way forward to rectify the damage. She took her time, didn’t rush like they do in other salons and the outcome was perfect. I’ll be back for sure.
