I had a cut with Claire for the first time 2 weeks ago. We decided to cut my long hair into a blunt bob. It looked great when Claire had finished, however I really had difiiculty styling it myself when I was having to do it myself. I phoned Claire to explain, and she without any hesitation offered to cut it again into a more manageable style for me. I went shorter and really love it! Thanks Claire for being so understanding and gracious!

I came in to try the £12.50 cut and blow dry with the trainee hairdresser . I can not tell you how happy I was with her services today , she was professional and listened to me and didn’t treat me as this was a cheap in out cut . Fantastic

Such a lovely experience. Despite being there for a cut with a trainee was treated like any other customer. The epic massage chair with the gorgeous view up the hill. Olivia posted a vacancy online today and I applied for it, how lucky was I? I needed a new hairdresser locally and hadn't got around to doing anything about it. What a lovely salon - a brilliant receptionist and everyone really friendly and welcoming. Claire was great at listening to what I wanted but also to offer advice. She coloured and cut my hair beautifully and suggested we try different styles of blow drying in future. It’s taken over a year but I’ve finally found the place I’ll return to - thanks Claire! Note to self - must find out what products they used - my hair feels amazing!

Only comment to give was hair was extremely wet and left dripping whilst cutting and no brush down once finished.
I could’ve made this suggestion but left it at the time.
