Olivia posted a vacancy online today and I applied for it, how lucky was I? I needed a new hairdresser locally and hadn't got around to doing anything about it. What a lovely salon - a brilliant receptionist and everyone really friendly and welcoming. Claire was great at listening to what I wanted but also to offer advice. She coloured and cut my hair beautifully and suggested we try different styles of blow drying in future. It’s taken over a year but I’ve finally found the place I’ll return to - thanks Claire! Note to self - must find out what products they used - my hair feels amazing!

Very polite even when I commented that the cut wasn’t short enough at the back, she corrected without hesitation.
Only comment to give was hair was extremely wet and left dripping whilst cutting and no brush down once finished.
I could’ve made this suggestion but left it at the time.
Otherwise yes she was very attentive 😊

Needed to have my hair cut to prepare for chemo so decided to take advantage of a bargain haircut. A trainee was looking for short haircuts practice. She was incredibly sensitive and what could have been a very difficult haircut was actually really enjoyable. My hair was very long and I was extremely disappointed to find out I needed chemo. The trainer supervised carefully and I am really happy with the cut and the experience. Thank you Olivia.
