Ebony coloured and cut my hair beautifully. After a couple of bad experiences at other hair salons I am delighted to have found her. She made my hair look beautiful again.
I can’t thank her enough and have already booked my next appointment with Ebony.

Great staff and service

As always it is a haven of calm & professionalism. I don’t like having my hair cut as it’s very curly & in the past it has been a painful & disappointing experience. Throughout my time with Browns I have had some very lovely ladies look after me & have to say that Kay being the youngest has surpassed all her colleagues. Have filled out stars below & can award highest marks for all except Value as having not been any where else in over 20 years I wouldn’t know whether I was getting value for money (if that is indicator of score) so have marked that down. As far as I am concerned I will pay Kay’s rates as always extremely happy with her service.

Lovely experience, very pleased with cut and hairdresser was very good, listener to my requirements. Sadly I can’t remember her name but I’m sure you can find out. My appointment was sat 20th April 3pm at Stony Stratford salon . I would recommend

I have just had my monthly visit to the Tuesday session in Stony Stratford. I was booked for a root colour, cut and blow dry and asked, as I often do, for some of the root colour to be pulled through. Instead of using the black paddle this time the small amount is colour remaining from the root process was mixed in to my hair to coat the rest of my hair for the last 10 minutes. This took significantly less time than the board has usually taken and, as said, used left over colour rather than making up some more. I therefore queried why I was charged £12.50 more and was told it was because all of my hair had been coated rather than just some strands. Firstly, I don’t think this extra cost is justifiable in terms of time or product spent and, secondly, I think that it should always be made clear to customers at the outset what they will be charged for things. Your pricing policy is very piecemeal with lots of little potential add ons; it is not the first time I have been unhappy with the end cost. My low rating for service and value reflect this.
