The service I receive each time is better than any hairdresser I’ve been to before. Madi knows what she’s doing, she’s polite & makes me feel very comfortable.
The other stylists and salon staff are friendly and helpful.
The salon is clean and modern and the complimentary drinks on offer (with the little pot of sweets) is a nice touch.

Absolutely love coming to Golson’s you always feel so welcome, comfortable and cared for from all members of staff, staff are always very chatty always asking if your ok or do you need anything.

I’ve been to the salon a few times and Noah has been great every time, they are so attentive and kind, which really eases any anxiety I have around going to a hairdressers. I’ve been happy with my hair every time, and I feel like they understand what I want even when I struggle to explain it. They are a credit to the salon! I am disappointed this morning. I went to Golson for the first time yesterday. I specifically asked for layers and face framing around the face. I felt she was very quick cutting the ends of my hair. She did say she would dry my hair and see if I needed more cutting. She blow dried my hair curling/feathering it at the ends. I was there for 1hr half approx because I have long hair. This morning I have washed and styled my hair - the only difference is the slight face framing around the front. My hair looks the same length and doesn't really look like I've had a hair cut from behind like I asked - nothing to do with my styling I can tell you that. Shame.

I am a regular client and have been for some time. The Golson salons are excellent in every way. Professional and super friendly delivering a really high quality service. There is great leadership and all staff are very well trained. This means you can be confident to make appointments with stylists that fit your budget without any concerns. I am older now and my hair has become more difficult to colour and style. Madi has risen to the challenge always listening carefully to my concerns. I am very happy with the service.

Today I went to my appointment and got my usual haircut but at the end of the appointment, I was only informed then that the price had increased instead of before which is quite disappointing as it was outside my budget. I would’ve preferred to be told before the haircut began so that I knew about the price increase. This is also not the first time that this has happened but the second and it is frustrating as I had my budgets but it has now been ruined because of this.

Charlotte is a lovely hairdresser - she's really friendly, funny and does a great job on my balding greying grizzly hair (I'm a 55 year old bloke!). Love the head massage too!
