I had a great experience and loved my haircut. I went from shoulder-length hair to a choppy bob, which was quite a change, and it was done really well. Madi listened to what I wanted and delivered a fresh, flattering cut. Very happy with the new look!

What can I say? I was introduced to Elumen some years ago after becoming severely allergic to ppd. Not only can I get my hair coloured safely but am able to achieve the style and look that I want. On top of that I get a great hair cut, style, great coffee and lots of conversations and laughs.

The service I receive each time is better than any hairdresser I’ve been to before. Madi knows what she’s doing, she’s polite & makes me feel very comfortable.
The other stylists and salon staff are friendly and helpful.
The salon is clean and modern and the complimentary drinks on offer (with the little pot of sweets) is a nice touch.

Absolutely love coming to Golson’s you always feel so welcome, comfortable and cared for from all members of staff, staff are always very chatty always asking if your ok or do you need anything.

I’ve been to the salon a few times and Noah has been great every time, they are so attentive and kind, which really eases any anxiety I have around going to a hairdressers. I’ve been happy with my hair every time, and I feel like they understand what I want even when I struggle to explain it. They are a credit to the salon! I am disappointed this morning. I went to Golson for the first time yesterday. I specifically asked for layers and face framing around the face. I felt she was very quick cutting the ends of my hair. She did say she would dry my hair and see if I needed more cutting. She blow dried my hair curling/feathering it at the ends. I was there for 1hr half approx because I have long hair. This morning I have washed and styled my hair - the only difference is the slight face framing around the front. My hair looks the same length and doesn't really look like I've had a hair cut from behind like I asked - nothing to do with my styling I can tell you that. Shame.

I am a regular client and have been for some time. The Golson salons are excellent in every way. Professional and super friendly delivering a really high quality service. There is great leadership and all staff are very well trained. This means you can be confident to make appointments with stylists that fit your budget without any concerns.
