Tyler stepped in for an emergency appt and although not my regular stylist did an awesome job with the cut and colour. Thank you! All such a great team I had no hesitation about swapping at short notice and thank bookings for organising.

Evie is really great at the colour it lasted well last time so really happy. The only slight disappointment (and it is slight!) is that I’ve had two 3 hour appointments and it always feels rushed. Both times I’ve left with a quick rough blow dry which isn’t really styled which doesn’t feel on brand for a salon experience. I do have thick hair but I have been having my hair coloured for over 20 years and it never usually takes more than 3 hours and I always leave salons with a real “finish”. It’s just my experience and something to consider but I honestly really like Evie’s colouring and how she talks me through things just maybe needs to be a bit quicker?

All the team are very focused on giving care, service & attention without being pushy. First cut & newish style & I came out very happy & satisfied.

It was my first time at The Chapel, and I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked that I was not sitting too close to other customers, and there was even space to be greeted properly and offered a lovely hot drink with homemade chocolate. I honestly would pop in just for the drink, but of course I was there for a haircut.

Eve, my stylist, is such a lovely and experienced professional. She listened carefully not only to what I wanted, but also to my concerns about what was not working with my current style. I have missed this for a long time, as many stylists skip this part and go straight to “what are we doing today.” I needed to explain that whatever we do today should help hide and improve what already does not work.

Eve understood me perfectly. She listened with care and gave gentle, thoughtful advice on what could make my hair and overall look fresher and more elegant. I am very happy and grateful. Thank you!

I was trying to decide what to do about my hair colour and Rachel took the time to go through the options and unusually cut my hair before colouring so o could see what it would look like- excellent service all round

I had the most beautiful colour and cut done by Emily! she completely understood what imagine i wanted to achieve after having disaster experiences else where with colour. Emily also delivered such a friendly and knowledgeable service as well as the whole salon being welcoming. I can’t wait for my next appointment:)

The atmosphere and surroundings are absolutely stunning — so different from any other salon I’ve been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel really special and like a priority, which makes the whole experience feel very luxurious.

The lady who carried out my patch test (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was fantastic — she explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions, which immediately put me at ease.

Emily is lovely and incredibly helpful. She took the time to help me decide on the right colour and style and gave great advice on how to cover my grey hair while still keeping the look natural. I felt listened to and confident in her expertise.

A truly wonderful experience — I can’t wait to come back.

The Chapel Marlow is a beautiful space. Rachel is and always has been excellent, I have known her for many years and she knows my hair and style perfectly. Brilliant.

Loved the salon environment and atmosphere. George was brilliant as well. Absolutely love my hair! Knew exactly what to do with my hair.

Emily totally understands my needs and if there is any doubt will clarify - great communication and feel completely at ease with her. I love getting cut from her and can’t wait for colouring next.

I had a wonderful wash, cut, and blow-dry with Emily. She listened carefully to my feedback and delivered a truly beautiful haircut and bouncy blow dry!

I’d also like to mention how refreshing the salon environment was. I’d previously gone through a phase of avoiding salon visits because the noise from hair dryers, music, and busy spaces felt overwhelming. When I stepped into this venue for the first time, I was genuinely mesmerised. The space is beautifully renovated- light, airy, calm, and with a lovely ambience that made the whole experience feel relaxing rather than stressful.

I’ll absolutely be recommending both Emily and the salon to friends and family. I can also see this space being especially beneficial for anyone with sensory considerations.

Georgie has cut my hair for over 5 years, essentially a life sentence, but with better results.

She’s finally accepted my long hair ambitions, even though she rightly vetoed the bob. The highlights she added blend perfectly with my natural ones, apparently I already had built in main character lighting, she just turned it up to HD.

Honest, funny, and talented. If you want great hair and someone who’ll stop you making terrible fringe-life decisions, Georgie is your woman.

Highly recommend.

Great appointment with professional, calm and friendly stylist

Disappointing not to receive a welcome as I entered. The 'conversation' about my hair was really just me suggesting to the stylist what I thought I wanted, which is no different to any other salon. The surroundings are beautiful and the area where you have your hair washed is very relaxing. I enjoyed the head massage. Evie cut my hair well and it was just about what I was expecting although the front was a bit short.

Georgie is a wonderful hairdresser, she shows great interest in my hair and is very much a specialist in colour, she cuts it too and I receive so many compliments on my Bob style.
