My mother and I have come back to the chapel and couldn’t be happier with our experience with Fran. Her manor
is calm and friendly and the cut and blow dry were outstanding. Thank you to all who looked after us so well with snacks and drinks. I will never stop appreciating the beautiful space too, thank you

I was well overdo for a cut and was a bit nervous as I felt my hair was in poor shape after losing a lot of weight and experiencing the excessive shedding that can go with that. Lydia made me feel comfortable right away, assured me that my hair was in good health, that the shedding was temporary and that I had significant regrowth already. She spent the time to educate me about what was going on with my hair and sent me home with some tips and tricks to help encourage faster regrowth. I wish I’d gone back sooner as she really put my mind at ease.

Lydia listened very carefully to my requests and came up with some really creative ideas moving forward. I felt in very good hands and excited about attending my first appointment. Thank you!

Honestly not really that happy. I asked for something different and just feel it's the same hair cut I always get. It looks fine, and I'm sure Evie did a good cut but it was nothing different which is what I said I wanted. I suggested a side fringe but this wasn't discussed - not sure if that was a polite way of suggesting that wouldn't suit but I did say it at least twice.
I feel I paid a lot of money for a very normal cut. I was also told I got a 15min free consultation so not sure why I was charged for a full hour when I arrived at 4 and left just before 5?
I just don't feel I got the service I expected for the amount of money charged. Evie was very nice and easy to chat to, but I won't be returning.

Rachel is the best, she’s has a great sense of style and how to discuss and communication to give a cut that really suits the client. I’ve never been happier, thank you Rachel!

Todays trip to the Chapel was my 1st but it won't be my last. The team are so welcoming and really helped me figure out what I would like (I came in twice for consults) and the host is so incredibly thoughtful and kind.
Fran is amazingly talented and im so pleased to have had my appointment with her, not only did she do an incredible job but she was so welcoming and engaging, i have booked back in with her.

I’ve had Tyler a few times and he’s so lovely. Very sweet and calming and gives a good scalp massage! Always leave feeling great.

Alex has been my husband’s and my hairdresser for years and we love him. He is the nicest person and an amazing hairdresser. He really takes time to understand us at each visit and the results are always fabulous, we get so many compliments on our hair! Today, we went for a complete new look for me and what a success! Thank you Alex and the lovely welcoming team too.

Exactly what I wanted, healthy looking long layers hair with lots of bounce and movement. The church setting is awesome too.

The Chapel is absolutely brilliant, Alex is a top stylist, the experience and service is second to none. It'd be my first recommendation for anyone needing anything done with their hair!

Today I discovered a wonderful hairdresser, Alex, at The Chapel Hair Salon and couldn’t be happier. He really listened to my concerns, fixed my colour beautifully, suggested the best solution, and gave me a fantastic precision cut. The whole team are welcoming, and the salon has such a lovely energy with stylish décor. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the lemon and rosemary water with fresh strawberries and dates while I relaxed during my colour. A wonderful experience from start to finish and I will definitely be back.

John never fails to amaze me! I came in with hair that hadn’t seen a pair of hair scissors in probably 8 months. Despite, the wizard himself worked his magic and I left with exactly what I wanted.

Georgia took a lot of care in interpreting my ideas and I was thrilled with my haircut. Georgie is a real credit to The Chapel and it was a pleasure to be back there after a short absence

I love the environment of “The Chapel”, it’s so relaxing, a very special place.
Alex has cut and coloured my hair, and he is always very attentive, listens to your needs, and explains what he is going to do.
The end result is always good, and you leave “The Chapel” feeling like you’ve really had some “me time”
My daughter also travels from London to get her hair cut with Alex.

Had my haircut in July and had so many compliments. In and out in less than an hour and Fran was amazing. The setting is magical too.

Absolutely love my colour and cut by Tyler. He listened patiently to what I wanted and also what I need to get my hair back to looking healthy and thicker again.

What a deliciously delightful morning I experienced at The Chapel , From walking down a very peaceful path to the salon , I was hooked , it's a beautiful location and salon . The team working there were super friendly and relaxed , John P did a fabulous cut and style while amusing me with banter and chat .

Evie spent a bit of time discussing my hair before doing anything, which was great as I was able to tell her the sort of thing I wanted. She cut it really well and I definitely come back to her.

I can’t recommend The Chapel in Marlow more. I’ve been seeing Tyler for just under a year and he always delivers the most lovely, calming, and enjoyable experience. My hair has become so much healthier and I feel my best after every appointment. The environment of the salon is also stunning- I could spend all day there. Already looking forward to my next appointment!
