Emily worked very efficiently and methodically to get my hair dyed and styled. I loved the colour - it was exactly what I wanted! The styling was also perfect, as I have struggled to style my fringe (which I’m growing out) and Emily styled this brilliantly.

Really great experience, not been for a long time but no judgement- staff were really encouraging to pick a style and colour that fit with my lifestyle. Could do with a skirting board near my seat though! It didn’t bother me but could see hair was gathered down the side of the floorboards!

Emily was welcoming , conscientious, listened, and very polite . I was very pleased with the colour and cut .

For my first experience at a hairdressers I was incredibly spoilt. Rachel was lovely, as were the other staff members. I was nervous when I first got there, but Rachel made me feel at ease. The shampoo massage was the best! 💆🏻‍♀️ lovely refreshments, and overall a really enjoyable experience. Also really happy with my hair. Thank you Rachel.

First class haircut for my daughter and styled beautifully. Service she received was excellent and Lauren and a couple of other staff went above and beyond to make her and me very welcome and comfortable. Will be back!

Fran gave me a great experience—such a talented hairdresser who really understands how to work with different hair types. My haircut and balayage turned out amazing, exactly what I wanted, with helpful advice to make it suit me even better. I felt genuinely listened to and guided the whole time.

The Chapel Is a beautiful serene place for a haircut. Everyone we met was super friendly and John did a great cut. He listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. Will be my new go to place in Marlow.

Thanks for providing opportunity for me to feedback. I had a lovely visit today for my colour patch test, but I have to provide feedback on the amount of communications that I have received from the chapel over the last 48 hours. I was called 5-6 times over the last couple of days to book me in for a colour match test despite me booking in months ago for my appointment. I have then received upwards of about 10 emails and WhatsApp messages to confirm my visit, booking, colour match and thank me for coming and to provide feedback. I feel bombarded in all honesty, and think just 1-2 emails or messages would suffice in the future. Appreciate booking systems have automated emails etc. but would really encourage this to be looked at.

From the moment I step through the door at The Chapel Marlow, there is a calming atmosphere, and the friendly team greets me warmly, with my favourite drink instantly helping me relax. It's a truly beautiful salon that feels like a special treat.

Coming to The Chapel for my colour and cut with John is always a wonderful couple of hours of escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The moment you open the door to the stunning setting of athe Chapel you are transported to a peaceful oasis where nothing is too much trouble and you are utterly spoiled by all the staff - coffee, little treats, even just the water tastes somehow special. John is simply the best at hair, you are in experienced hands and I always leave feeling beautiful and uplifted. Highly recommend.

Lauren was lovely.
I had been here before but my hairdresser left so I decided to try someone new. I’m glad I did. She didn’t talk too much but just the right amount kept checking in throughout reassuring me that she listened to my requests. My mother came along and everyone treated her very well with snacks and a cheeky rosé it was a fab experience.

Highly recommend. I left feeling pampered and very well looked after.

This is my first time visiting The Chapel and although parking was a little differcult. The Salon itself was an amazing tranquil space really beautiful set up. All the staff were friendly , efficient and just lovely. Lauren listened to what I wanted, advised, asked questions which was good. End result was great, something a little diffrent for me & perfect for the night out.

Such an impressive building to have your hair cut! It’s was great to have the consultation beforehand, and I truly felt John knew what I wanted to have done. He knew exactly what I need and I can honestly say it’s the best hair cut I’ve ever had. Will will only be coming here to have my hair done!
