Thanks for providing opportunity for me to feedback. I had a lovely visit today for my colour patch test, but I have to provide feedback on the amount of communications that I have received from the chapel over the last 48 hours. I was called 5-6 times over the last couple of days to book me in for a colour match test despite me booking in months ago for my appointment. I have then received upwards of about 10 emails and WhatsApp messages to confirm my visit, booking, colour match and thank me for coming and to provide feedback. I feel bombarded in all honesty, and think just 1-2 emails or messages would suffice in the future. Appreciate booking systems have automated emails etc. but would really encourage this to be looked at.

Coming to The Chapel for my colour and cut with John is always a wonderful couple of hours of escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The moment you open the door to the stunning setting of athe Chapel you are transported to a peaceful oasis where nothing is too much trouble and you are utterly spoiled by all the staff - coffee, little treats, even just the water tastes somehow special. John is simply the best at hair, you are in experienced hands and I always leave feeling beautiful and uplifted. Highly recommend.

Lauren was lovely.
I had been here before but my hairdresser left so I decided to try someone new. I’m glad I did. She didn’t talk too much but just the right amount kept checking in throughout reassuring me that she listened to my requests. My mother came along and everyone treated her very well with snacks and a cheeky rosé it was a fab experience.

Highly recommend. I left feeling pampered and very well looked after.

This is my first time visiting The Chapel and although parking was a little differcult. The Salon itself was an amazing tranquil space really beautiful set up. All the staff were friendly , efficient and just lovely. Lauren listened to what I wanted, advised, asked questions which was good. End result was great, something a little diffrent for me & perfect for the night out.

Such an impressive building to have your hair cut! It’s was great to have the consultation beforehand, and I truly felt John knew what I wanted to have done. He knew exactly what I need and I can honestly say it’s the best hair cut I’ve ever had. Will will only be coming here to have my hair done!

After an error which could have happened to anyone (th staff member with keys stuck in traffic) - and hence standing outside salon for 15 mins - Rachel saved the day and stood in and did a fab haircut for my interview. My lucky haircut worked and through to next round.
