As always a fantastic haircut but I won’t be coming back anymore as too expensive, but was happy to pay until I was told ‘we are pushed for time’ when I asked if my stubble could quickly be trimmed, something I always ask (it takes two mins maximum) there is no way I am going to feel under pressure not to get something done at this price and I didn’t get it done in the end.

I couldn’t be happier with my hair! Every visit I have with Evie leaves me feeling amazing, and my hair has never been in better condition. I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with it. Thank you to Evie for your skill, care, and consistency, you always know exactly what my hair needs.

Lovely experience from beginning to end. Fran cut my hair just as I wanted it, I am very happy with it! It was an added bonus to have hot chocolate beforehand and a 'shot' afterwards. You are certainly well looked after at The Chapel.

It was my first time trying a new hair dresser and I was a bit nervous. However Georgie put me at ease and felt like a really good friend. She listened to my concerns about my hair and came up with a brilliant style that I now love!

John is absolutely talented ! He gets my hair right every time, he’s quick to understand what style I’d like and doesn’t do the.usual , “ah you’re over 50, so I’ll give a grandma look” . He makes me look the best version of me !

Understand my requirements. He is energetic but calming. Love the outcome of my hair. Have booked several follow up appointments. He also havr a refreshing idea regarding hair colour never thought of.

The stylist I have had for many years has, unfortunately, left the Salon . I was a bit nervous, but needn't have worried as Tyler was excellent.! I am really particular about how I like my hair (pain in the neck) but Tyler rode the storm and I left the Salon really happy :)

I had Emily do a blow dry for me, and I absolutely love it!! She asked how I wanted it styled rather than assuming, and I really appreciated the time and commitment she put into it — plus we had a good old natter! Very impressed. Highly recommend.
The salon itself is modern and spacious, with perfect lighting throughout.

The service from start to finish was simply to perfect. Rach is always welcoming with a smile and the offer of a drink with a little something tasty, she makes you feel at ease and relaxed and really sets the tone of the visit.
Then Georgie - what can I say - calm, experienced and creative! Georgie shares her expertise to deliver the style you’re looking for! And boy does she deliver! Her skills are fabulous and the outcome always surpasses my expectations. Alongside this she’s just a lovely person!

This was my first time visiting The Chapel and it won’t be my last. The atmosphere was so calm. From start to finish every face was warm, and welcoming. I felt thoroughly looked after by Georgie. She listened to me and the care she took in cutting and styling my hair was something I have never had from any of my previous stylists. I left her chair feeling like a new person. Being within those hallowed walls and the time and care that I received was a balm for the soul.

Fran was hugely reassuring when it came to discussing my hair and this is something I've been on the lookout for after several poor experiences at other salons. She took the time to listen and understand before explaining some options. This was exactly what I'd hoped for as I wanted the hairdresser to be the expert and take the lead with the right path to fix my hair and so I felt like I was in safe hands. Thank you so much.

A lovely first visit to the cathedral. I had an initial consultation with Fran about what I would like from my haircut, taking into consideration my thick, dry and curly hair. It was clear Fran was very knowledgeable, and she put me at ease straight away. Fran was a delight to speak to, and made the whole experience.

The space is beautiful. Fran was lovely and personable. The tea and tiffin were delicious. There were parking issues on the day, which staff did their best to resolve. The website could do with better explanations of what a new client would need to know to book and even without issues, site needs more parking with amount of staff as well as clients. Overall, a good experience. Would consider booking again now that I know what to expect.
