Jess took so much time to talk me through everything, give me samples, ensure the correct colours were chosen and that I was comfortable and happy with the process of the extensions. I spent a very pleasant hour having a cut and blow dry. Laura did exactly as asked and I was delighted with the end result as always. The welcome is friendly too and it’s lovely having the chance to just relax for an hour.
