My first time visiting this salon and I was so impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was met with smiles from the staff. The massage chairs while having a lovely wash were so relaxing. I was Lexie’s model today, Lexie greeted me well at reception, took my coat and showed me to my seat, Lexie asked me come with her over to the wash basins and there I sat down - Lexie offered the massage chair and I said yes to this.
Great head massage and informed me
of each step through the hair washing process.
Lexie then asked if I’d like a drink and I said yes.

I had my hair cut last week and I could not be more pleased with the results. I have waited before leaving the review because I wanted to wash my hair to see If I would be able to dry and style my hair and achieve a similar result to what I had when I left the salon at home. I must say that I followed James’ instructions and I actually managed pretty well. I will definitely go back again for the next haircut, James is very experienced and I am very happy :)

Had a wonderful time today at Haringtons Marlow. My appointment was lovely. Phoebe is a not only a great stylist but a really kind and personable lady. I’m often really nervous about going to the salon, but I felt truly at ease. A nice mirror space at the back was perfect for a quieter experience. She listened beautifully to my concerns around my hair and my areas of worry around styling my own hair. She took the time to explain how to style it myself in the future, the type of product to use and tips on curling using straighteners. This was truthfully one of the best salon experiences I have had.

Phoebe was a genius, she met every need flawlessly! My hair was so dead and dry and she managed to make it look amazing. It feels so healthy and looks so seamless despite the diy haircut i arrived in! She was a great conversationalist and even got me water when i was coughing! No complaints
