What a lovely experience robin talked to me all the time about how he was cutting my hair he made me fell very relaxed so please with the cut and experience
My haircut was actually with Georgia who was amazing (but no option to select her). Georgia really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for! She advised me what to do and recommended some great products that I’ll be looking into for next time, she was also really lovely to talk to, I would highly recommend her and I will be returning to her again!

From the outset James made me feel relaxed and a valued client regardless that this was my first appointment with him.
We discussed the types of styles I like, what would work for me. He also took the time to show/teach me how to style it so that I was confident in being able to recreate the style (I doubt to his level!).

I came in for a toner as parts of my hair have gone light. Parts were missed which I had to point put after drying so were re done, it’s two weeks later and it’s light again. £45 for something that lasted less than 2 weeks?! I’m very upset and don’t know where to go or what to do to fix my hair now

Service for clients using trainees seem to get treated differently. Arrived, didnt offer to take jacket until stylist came along (unlike other clients arriving) & no refreshment offered either.
Hair ended up being about 2 inches shorter than what I said I wanted.. but I guess it will grow & still looks ok.. hairbrush used had noticeable hairs in it already & some hair stuck to the wall under the station. Would advise stylist to clean tools properly between clients. Zoe did well though with a more challenging side parting with layers, but could do with boosing confidence when it comes to talking to the clients. Hair wash had no interaction- no ' is the water temp ok', 'is the pressue ok' when massaging scalp etc. Just needs to build confidence with interactions.
