Shane is excellent and always cuts my hair as I like it. My style isn’t the simplest (according to previous hairdressers elsewhere) but he can do it without my worrying. Due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t have my hair cut from the initial cut 3 months ago, it had outgrown the style. Went today and Shane transformed my hair style as to how it should be! Excellent... Ella is so friendly and chatty. I always book my appointments with her if I can. She always knows how I like my hair cut and when I want to change things up a little she is the person I trust with all her good advice.

I suffer with anxiety and find going out very challenging. Becky is so professional and understands which I have always appreciated. All staff are very professional and the salon has a great atmosphere even though it’s busy, Becky makes me feel relaxed and my anxiety is low by the time she’s even washed my hair! I love everyone is so happy to help and nothing is too much trouble. There’s no hard sale which is another good reason to go to this salon. Becky takes time to ensure she understands what I would like and also give the best advice. The overall experience is very positive and I would highly recommend to everyone. A big thank you to Becky and her team.

I visit Toni and Guy a few times a year. I have a great relationship with Ella, I always leave with a smile and she always does an excellent job, not just at cutting the hair but talking through it and making you feel able to converse and discuss over it, making sure you are 100% happy. Part of my work is sometimes being in front of a camera, and it's a huge confidence booster knowing someone like Ella has done the best job possible on your hair.

I came in today for a colour refresh by Shane. As always, he was friendly and professional. He is very good at his job and always listens to what the client wants. I would also like to mention Kellen who blow dried my hair. She was friendly and made my hair feel soft, light and sleek :)
