Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Hair extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, GHD, L’Oreal and Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

I finally came to terms with my hair, I wanted a change and quite a bold one. I’ve booked an appointment at Toni and Guy because I wanted to balayage my hair blonde (I have brown hair). I knew that the first time wouldn’t look exactly like the photos I was showing for stylists in the salon however I did expect, for the price that I was paying, for my hair to change. Because I was apprehensive about spending so much money, I said to the stylist politely, will my hair change noticeably because I’m not comfortable spending so much money if people won’t be able to see a great difference. I was assured by one of the stylists that my hair was going to change and confidently they said it would be very noticeable. They were very gentle with my hair and everyone around was so friendly, I particularly got on very well with one of the apprentices. They were very attentive so I cannot fault them on service however when my hair was washed I couldn’t see much difference. I thought to myself it’s only because my hair is wet, when it is dry I will see a change. But I can tell you I was so disappointed in the result, my hair hardly changed colour and nobody noticed when I went back to college and work. As it was very pricey especially for a student I had saved up quite a lot and was on the verge of tears when I realised what I had spent my money on. Not only this but my hair was in really bad condition for a while after that, Of course that is expected however I would’ve been happier with the condition of my hair if I had got what I paid for. Like I said staff were very friendly and the place was very clean but I am so upset about how I spent my money that day.

Another enjoyable, relaxing visit. My new short haircut looks good, straightened at the salon and curly (day-to-day). Becky's cut brings out the natural white, so I look like I had highlights. Condition is better too. Longer over the ears this time, so there's always something fresh and Becky can advise on how I can achieve a look that will keep working. What with points etc, it's always worth going and not delay, as it then grows out more evenly, meaning that I both keep the look and the next appointment can be a couple of weeks later than it would've been, for more length.

It was the lovely boy. Sorry if I got his name wrong. Love service. Colour came out exactly how I wanted it. He was very gentle and didn’t pull my hair. The head massage was amazing. I was falling asleep as he was washing my hair. Great job.
