The Cutting Studio

My journey with the Cutting Studio started nearly a year ago with dry hair, badly coloured and root regrowth of grey hair showing through far too quickly but at my first visit my fantastic colourist and stylist had a plan and a vision to help me achieve a blonder look with cooler shades to allow my grey to gradually peek through. Today was my 4 th visit and I love the colour and love the long choppy cut just skimming above my shoulders. My hair condition has improved enormously by using their Morrocan shampoo products. If you don’t like your hair or colour it really effects your confidence and the Cutting Studio has changed that. Thank you.

I did leave a msg ...hust like to add ..I don't want a refund I want my hair done properly the way I wanted ...when I booked for colour I thought gone be at least 3 hours and a good certain amount of money I was ready to have the all works done...when I was told running out of time ..couldn't even blow dry my hair ..

I start by liking ur salon when I first became a client..because I have great knowledge of hairdressing I did pick up lack of technical professionals execution ....but I always give people the benefit of the doubt...but today was a bad excuse ...I still think the hairdresser is capable but I was fitted in between somebody else's styling ..
But main problem is that 2 weeks ago when I booked my appointment to get a specific colour I booked when I was totally available ...I wanted my hair done with highlights and very light brown...and I do know that can be a difference but not Totally the opposite ..very dark nothing like the colour pa showed hairdresser...nothing I could have done that colour with nice and easy at home for £10 ...also being a new client nobody told me that you don't style hair when you do colour first time in my life you go home with wet hair unheard ever...the little helmet tried her best to dry my hair ...when a request a professional hairdresser and pay the price why do I have to settle for a helper ...I do t mond paying whatever price ..as long the job is done professional ..I know the prices ...I also when a salon is at its tops...but I might have made a mistake with yours ...I have recommended people already which they went .
Bottom line is I was rushed in and out ..without professional attention.
My advice to you is that not everyone is an artist so maybe you should recommend ur best colourist ..and send you staff for up date refreshing courses ...

A lovely visit today for a cut and blow dry with my stylist Danni. Always made to feel so welcome and made comfortable with a drink and biscuit. All the staff are so friendly and cheery.

Not too happy as I ended up looking like my mum quite an old fashioned style sorry!

A very pleasant experience from the charming receptionist, lovely hair wash, head massage and of course an excellent hair cut from Danni who listens carefully to your requirements and carries them out perfectly. Good all round service.

I'm a regular, as such I don't need to review very often as Jade always gives me a top class cut and blow dry BUT today I need to call out 'Jenna ' as she really gave me an amazing head massage whilst my conditioner was on .Well done Jenna !

Went for a cut and blow dry, first haircut in a very long time! My hairdresser jade was amazing! Was unsure what to do with my very long hair and was sceptical about getting it cut incase it was cut too sort!
Jade me feel at ease whilst she was doing my hair and made me walk out the salon feeling amazing!
Highly recommend this place! Soon as I walked in I was welcomed and everyone in there had a lovely smile on their face and was friendly. Can’t wait to go back and get my trim!

It was my first visit to The Cutting Studio, as I have just moved to the area and it was recommended by my daughter-in-law. I wanted something a little different and was given great advice. I absolutely love my new hairstyle - cut and colour. The massaging chair while you’re having your hair washed is really relaxing.

The Cutting Studio is a very pleasant environment, with friendly and efficient staff. I am always delighted with the way Daniella cuts my hair.

After returning to a hair salon after two years, I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Lucy was a kind and friendly and had a lot of knowledge. She was very professional in her care.

My usual hairdresser was off sick and so another young lady did my instead. The cut and colour are really lovely. This young lady was very attentive and careful. I am really pleased with the result.

Highly skilled stylist (Jade) did my colour and cut along with advising me on how to do an easy ‘ready for the office’ style when needed. As usual excellent customer service from every member of staff. All Covid measures in place and meticulously clean.

Had my hair done by Jade this evening and the whole experience was amazing. It was the first time having my hair done after lock down and my the first time in the salon and Jade made feel so at ease and was so friendly. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be back again soon !

Not having been to this hairdressers for a number of years. I decided to give it a try and was so pleased I did. From the welcome to my hair colour and blow dry it was a wonderful experience. Such a lovely atmosphere and lovely staff. Great coffee and a super massage chair for the hair wash.
