Supercuts High Wycombe

Used to avoid this salon in other areas where I lived but now have found what I like and want. Maria has been cutting etc my hair for the last ten years. Dabbled with a few others in the town at the beginning but none of the other salons have that “touch”. Polite, friendly and above all listens with some advice thrown in. Had a cut and blow dry two days ago and fine, will be returning before I go on holiday. Only disappointment is when they can’t fit me in when I pop in without phoning, but will wait until Maria is free.
Five stars mainly throughout, hope the first star ticked means just that.

iam writing to express how rough and unprofessional was today in saloon high wycombe eden the hairdresser. On 29th December i walk in about 14.00 hours sallon has only one customer i waited to ask to booking haircut and colour but unfortunately the hairdresser was to busy to be on her mobile while customer waiting and while i waiting she not bothering to come forward to booking the appointment totally be ingnore and disappointed.I hope someone take care for this matter and take the appropriate steps for better customer service in future.
