Supercuts High Wycombe

iam writing to express how rough and unprofessional was today in saloon high wycombe eden the hairdresser. On 29th December i walk in about 14.00 hours sallon has only one customer i waited to ask to booking haircut and colour but unfortunately the hairdresser was to busy to be on her mobile while customer waiting and while i waiting she not bothering to come forward to booking the appointment totally be ingnore and disappointed.I hope someone take care for this matter and take the appropriate steps for better customer service in future.
