I have to say I have never been so happy, relaxed or cared for as I am in this salon by this team. But Piper is so sensitive and sweet to my needs as a person and someone in my 50s. Her ideas for my hair and self confidence are never ending. Fantastic services, warmth, care and attention to detail. Cannot recommend more.

Having had the same hairdresser for over 20 years I was nervous about starting all over again at Spirit. I needn’t have worried because I found Livvy. I feel thoroughly taken care of. Livvy has made efforts to get to know me and encouraged trust to develop. I just had my first colour and I couldn’t be happier. All the ladies at Spirit are friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

I came in for a cut and blow dry and was warmly greeted and looked after the whole duration of my appointment. All of the ladies were absolutely brilliant and so professional. A huge thank you to Lucy who had completely transformed my hair and made sure I was happy with it through each step. Such a welcoming, kind, professional salon and I look forward to visiting again!

Oh my! Where do I start....its hard to find the words to describe how I feel about my new hair!! It's the hair I've always wanted and is just perfect! Livvy did a full head of highlights and turned me back to 'Spring blonde'....perfect colour! Then, the transformation continued with a few hair extensions....perfect colour match, perfect fitting and blending and perfect length! My hair is now back to full thickness with the length I've always wanted!! As I said PERFECT!!! Livvy truely deserves her Colour Master title and is a true creative artist! I trust her with my hair implicitly! She delivers a professional AND personal service. She patiently answered all my questions prior to deciding on extensions, so I was completely happy to proceed. After fitting, I got help with how to wash and style my new hair .... so I now truly, do have the perfect hair (that looks soooo natural) that I've always wanted! I can't recommend Livvy or Spirit Hair enough!!! It's a HUGE thank you from me!! 😊

Service was spot on, I didn’t feel uncomfortable, which I do sometimes get with hair appointments, all staff seemed lovely and friendly to.

As always a lovely experience at Spirit. Everyone is so friendly and approachable. Serena has been cutting my hair for years. Always an excellent cut that looks fab all the way through to my next appointment. She is well aware that I'm a wash it and leave it kind of person and she styles my hair to fit. I'd never go anywhere else.

First haircut since before Covid and chopping it myself! I am over the moon with my experience at Spirit, Piper did an amazing job sorting my hair out and I now have a style! A fab salon with a brilliant ‘up & coming’ team of juniors who are eager to increase their experience. All of them are backed with a full training programme & an established senior team to mentor them. Would definitely recommend a visit!

I had a lovely experience with Sofia she was very kind, happy and welcoming from first meeting. She really listened to my ideas and what we could do with my hair, am very happy with her work and she was very kind to make sure I had refreshments. There was a issue with the water but she did everything she could to make my experience great thank you so much :)

I called the salon on Saturday in absolute tears as I wasn’t happy with my hair that had been done by an other hairdresser and my wedding was less than 2 weeks away. Livvy answered the phone and she was the most calming person and told me not to worry and come up in the afternoon to have a look. I went up and the team were very accommodating and sensitive of my situation. They suggested what would need doing and I was in their safe hands. I came today (Thursday) and had the ‘Holy Grail’ treatment and what I call “sort it out” hair cut. I’ve got a smile on my face again and I feel confident to walk down the aisle next week! Thank you to all the staff 💜

My hair has always been something i have been insecure about , i feel like it never looks right and so going to the hairdressers has always been a point of anxiety. Sofia sat down with me and gave me EXCATLY what i wanted , she talked me through what would be best for me and my hair while considering what i actually wanted my hair to look like. Yet another great time at Spirit Hair. My first visit of the year. It was brilliant catching up with Serena and all the other fabulous stylists. I always feel looked after. So happy with my hair as always!

Where do I start?! The salon is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. All the staff are so friendly nothing is too much trouble for them. They all work so well as a very polished team who all support and help each other, when needed.
Livvy - AMAZING!!! Such a friendly, warm and lovely person, she worked tirelessly to grey blend my extremely stubborn brown hair with very salt and pepper roots. Nothing was too much trouble and I was soooo well looked after! Livvy is a total perfectionist and won’t stop until she gets it right and you really do feel you’re in the very best possible hands! I was very worried about the condition of my hair before my initial consultation as I knew it would take a few processes to lift the dark brown I’d been dyeing it for years, but Livvy reassured me every step of the way that the condition wouldn’t be compromised and it absolutely wasn’t!! Lauren, who is passionate about grey blending, kept popping over to consult with Livvy and share ideas when my hair put up resistance to the plan and she was absolutely brilliant too, so lovely it was like greeting an old friend and super knowledgeable too!! What a formidable team and between them, they finally got my hair to surrender!!
I will simply never go anywhere else now I’ve found Spirit Hair and can’t recommend them enough!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

Sofia was very welcoming, talked about what i wanted done today, then offered a drink and then got on with the treatmemt. She was chatty and made me feel welcome. My hair was also thined out and then straightended.

My visit to the salon today was a very happy and enjoyable experience, as it always is. Staff are experienced and attentive and work hard to achieve the vision! The salon is a warm and comfy environment. Always a pleasure to visit.

After a few childhood haircuts that truly scarred me, I never thought I’d find a salon where I could genuinely relax and feel comfortable — let alone leave with the best hair I’ve ever had. Spirit Hair has completely changed that for me.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is serene, welcoming, and calming. Every single staff member is absolutely lovely — beyond kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel heard, understood, and confident that your hair dreams are in the best possible hands.

Over the past year, I’ve seen Livvy each time, and every visit feels like catching up with an old friend. It honestly feels like I’ve been coming here far longer than a year. Her passion and enthusiasm for what she does are truly contagious. She listens so carefully to everything I say and somehow delivers results that exceed my expectations every single time. I leave just as happy — if not happier — than I did after my very first visit.

If you’re looking for amazing hair, a wonderful experience, and a team that genuinely values you, I couldn’t recommend Spirit Hair more.
