Anita is very good at her job and she is a caring warm person. Have been going to her salon for years.

THEY WILL EXPLAIN ANY ISSUES THAT THEY DISCOVER WHILE DOING THEIR JOB AND THEN EXPLAIN HOW TO SORT THE ISSUES AND NOT BY CHARGING YOU THE MOST EXPENSIVE METHOD TO FIX YOUR ISSUES EITHER!! THEY HAVE MANY BROCHURES OF DIFFERENT SKILLS AND WILL GO THROUGH THEM WITH YOU IF YOUR NOT SURE ABOUT THEM ~ WITHOUT PRESSURISING YOU!! THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE TOO!

I had my appointment booked westcroft , mk4 1en, at Friday 2.45pm 10th October. When turned at up and said I have an 2.45pm for my feet. The receptionist looked up her appointment and said that I have not got an appointment. Then I showed her my phone text which was send saying appointment booked which was send by west Croft beauty centre on Tuesday 7th October. Confirming my appointment 10th October 2.45pm .

I was very disappointed and upset, then the receptionist said that I could go the dulverton drive Furzton mk4 1en .

When I got there to the furzton beauty centre .
I was seen by young Indian lady, I was not introduced to her she looked bit surprised, when I said to her that I have come from the westcroft beauty centre , as they had mesh up my appointment.

She carried out the feet treatment, which went
Well.
But I was very disappointed, the beauty room where the treatments were carried out is soooooo small , with feet chair, waxing chair, threatening chair, no privacy all next to each other.
I did see all these treatments carried out at the same time in one small room . Felt very uncomfortable, that I had to watch them having their treatment.

Anita the owner is a very pleasant lovely lady, who I saw there. and all the other beautiful therapists were lovely and friendly.

When I left there my heart was crying and disappointed, how small the treatment room is .
