He is the master of shaving. As a female and not being used to shaved hair he did the job perfect. He is very talented and has done the best job ever.

My first visit to this salon but not my first hair cut by Kirsty. The salon is lovely and the hair cut was great as usual. Recommended.

I feel so comfortable in the salon , I would not go anywhere else to get my haircut & coloured , the atmosphere is outstanding that’s why I feel comfortable & I tell Kirsty what I want and I always walk out of the salon happy with the end result .

From the moment you arrive Kirsty (or Ed) always make you feel very welcome. My root tint done as I wished. I would definitely recommend and have already booked my next appointment up until September!

For my first visit, I was quite late for my appointment but they couldnt have been kinder and I still got a great haircut and lovely new style. Thank you again.

I really cany beleive I've found a stylist that understands my hair and make me feel good about my hair.

Really lovely getting my hair done by Kirsty. She did a balayage and toner with a treatment as well. She was so welcoming, chatty and friendly. Everything was done so efficiently and she explained what she was doing as she went along. Loved the end result and would definitely recommend her! Will go back and get more colours done!

First visit...amazing set up...friendly welcome and needed lots of support for a fresh start...Ed was amazing and I’m loving my new look...was treated to a pink fizz whilst there too....wow I felt like I was having the best treat and am booked in to visit again soon

The room at number 4 is a beautiful modern salon at the lovely Kirsty and Ed’s house. Both Kirsty and Ed are amazing hairdressers. I am extremely fussy and have a lot of friends that work in the high end salons in London so I am used to perfect cuts and colour. Kirsty and Ed are the dream team. Incredibly talented and precise. I always leave with exactly what I’ve asked for and feeling confident with my hair. The bed over backwards to accommodate me which I really appreciate. They are such lovely warm and welcoming people. So happy to of found you both xx

Kirsty is lovely and makes you feel really welcome. I’ve had bad haircuts in the past but Kirsty did just what I asked for. When she coloured my hair she did such a good job and I love it.

Also would like to add I took my 3 year old son with me to have his hair cut. He’s never enjoyed having his hair cut but Ed was again amazing and understanding. Very patient honestly couldn’t ask for more.

Had a SUPER salon experience at The Room at Number Four with Kirsty!! My hair was in much need of some TLC, it now looks and feels fab. All Covid restrictions adhered to, I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout! Would Highly Recommend.

From the moment I arrived Kirsty was lovely. We talked about what I wanted and she offered her recommendations. I even enjoyed a cheeky Prosecco, which was perfect!!
I then brought my little boy back for his 1st hair cut a few days later and the experience was so memorable. Kirsty went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly- he even got a play in the garden to keep him entertained!

The best stylist I have ever found. She listens to what you want, makes suggestions, cuts hair beautifully in a way that makes it super easy to re-do at home. I cannot recommend enough!

It was lovely to see Kirsty and she was as welcoming as ever. I had left my mask in the car but Kirsty was happy to let me have a disposable one and even got to choose the colour!!

Kirsty wore her mask and visor, and hand sanitizer was at hand, so definitely felt Covid secure.

As usual Kirsty asked me about how I would like my style and colour and went through a few options with me. I had wanted my colour to look a little more natural so Kirsty showed me the colours that she thought would look best and I definitely wasn’t disappointed with the results, in fact I have to say I absolutely love the the colour and cut.

I would highly recommend The room at number 4 for all your hairdressing needs but also for the friendly and professional service.

I don’t normally enjoy having my haircut as I normally find it a chore. My wife who has Kirsty do her hair said to me her partner Ed is working with her now why not try there. Thought to myself what do I have to lose so had an appointment booked at a time that fit with my working day. When I turned up it was a very professional set with a very welcoming feel. Ed was very help with advice with what would look good with my hair and cut it very well. For the first time I think ever I left with a haircut and experience I felt happy with and enjoyed. I could not recommend them anymore.

Thank you to Kirsty for being so lovely and helping me figure out the style I wanted. She did an amazing job on my reverse balayage and turned my very brassy blonde into a lovely more natural looking sun kissed brown. Was such a relaxing appointment and I love my new hair style!

I took my 17 year old daughter to visit Ed for the first time. As you can imagine a teenage girl is quite fussy about her hair. Not only did Ed do an amazing job but she loves it and looked stunning when she came out. Truly a great hairdresser, lovely person and professional service. Would highly recommend both Ed and Kirsty.
Husband had first haircut with Ed too. After lockdown it took 10 years off him ?. Ed did a fabulous job, I am never letting him go back to the barber. Thank you both so much. Already rebooked x
