Lovely to see friendly faces l knew from the past. Julia's treatment was excellent, given with care & confidence. Whilst l understand the Belmore does not have any control over the noise level regarding all the surrounding building work, it does inside their own building. I would therefore like to gently suggest that voice levels on the corridor leading to the treatment rooms be kept to a minimum. Loud voices drown out the gentle music, disturb the peace & ambience of the carefully prepared treatment room & can also be a distraction for the client & therapist.

The staff in the salon are always friendly, and the service is excellent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been attending the Belmore for years for different treatments but I see Laura on a regular basis for waxing. Not only do I leave looking fabulous & neat :() but Laura listens to my life’s challenges, which there are a lot of, and even a hug if I’ve needed one. Laura is fab but all my experiences have been fantastic. All the staff, therapists and receptionists, are friendly, welcoming and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well done Belmore !
