The stylist was Izzy. She did a great job with my root tint. Megan supported her and they have ensured that my hair was blended successfully. Izzy watched and listened attentively during my appointment so that she could learn. She gave the most thorough hair wash and best head massage too . She was good company too. All of the stylists I’ve had over the many years have listened to my ever changing requests (demands) and work hard to achieve them. (Even when it means taking more time to tweak things)I never feel rushed.
I feel treated with respect and kindness.
The staff are always smiley which makes me feel it’s a good place for them to work and develop.
I’ve referred a few people here because I’ll get asked about where I get my hair cut!!
