Amazing treatment from tia!

I had 2 treatments yesterday, the first was a back polish with Nicki. this was absolutely fantastic. Nicki was very welcoming and explained what I needed to do clearly. The product she used as fantastic and I really enjoyed the treatment. Nicki seemed experienced and my skin felt really lovely and I know I benefitted from the polish. Afterwards I had a full body massage from a different therapist who's name I can't remember unfortunately. This sadly was not so good. The pressure was almost non existent and the movements felt incomplete. I think the lady was perhaps just very inexperienced so I'm sure in time will get better. There were parts of the treatment which were good such as the work on my feet and neck at the end however I felt no confidence in the treatment from the way the therapist was touching me throughout the massage, as if she actually felt uncomfortable. I left feeling rather disappointed as massages are one of my absolute favorite things and can't afford another for a while. I also wasn't offered a glass of water at the end of the massage which I always have been over years of visiting multiple salons, Victoria's included, I think this is a really important touch as staying hydrated following treatment is important so I've been led to believe.

Fantastic service with Chantelle who was very friendly throughout. She was comfortable chatting with me throughout which took the edge off of the more painful areas of the wax!

Great massage, I had a small lower back problem and Niki took that into account when doing the massage. Very thorough and professional.

Lovely massage with Nikki, very attentive and made me feel really at ease. Room and atmosphere was just right with relaxing music and air con on a hot day. Highly recommend.

I took the plunge of having my back waxed with Chantelle. I was made to feel relaxed and welcome from the outset. For someone having the hair ripped from their back I am not sure it could have been a better experience. Chantelle made every effort to make it painless for me, she is also incredibly pleasant to talk to about life! She is also blessed with an incredibly soft and relaxing voice, which makes the process so much more pleasant (not something most reviewers would mention - lol). Booked in a massage as I had been given a voucher for my birthday. Nicki gave me the loveliest warm welcome, and talked me through what to expect. I've had a lot of massages before, and this was definitely one of the best! I asked for firm pressure and that's exactly what I got! The whole experience was very relaxing, which was definitely needed after a stressful day! Will highly recommend and book again!

Luxury Pedicure and yes it was. Felt very relaxed and comfortable with Tegan and my feet looked and felt really good. Didn’t feel rushed and as it was my first pedicure for a number of years I will definitely be back. Thank you Tegan.

Was having some tension at the top of my back and shoulders also been suffering with Restless leg syndrome for a few weeks. The Back and leg massage was so relaxing, just the right amount of pressure. Becky was very professional and polite. Will definitely return for another massage and.maybe a facial too. Would highly recommend.
