I’ve been seeing Becky for a few years now, she is super friendly and professional but more importantly has got me from being very anxious and nervous for certain treatments to actually looking forward to them and enjoying them!
From waxing, tinting to massages, this salon is so warm and friendly, the treatments offered are brilliant and the service is first class!

I have been coming to Victoria's for a number of years and I wouldn't trust anyone else doing my beauty treatments, a great salon, all the girls are so lovely and sim is just great and always makes me feel comfortable ❤️

I was very disappointed to have further costs added to the treatment, this was not initially discussed with myself, treatment was not great and not worth the money. Sadly won’t be returning

This was my first BIAB manicure with Umaiza , and I was very impressed . She took time helping me choose the colours for the base gel and colour , as I wanted a natural - looking French manicure finish . Umaiza checked I was happy with the length and shape of my nails, and their appearance as each coat was applied . She was committed to delivering a quality experience and that I would be delighted with the result - which I was .
I found Umaiza to be very professional , friendly and helpful. Highly recommended !

This is my second visit to see Anca, I was very sceptical on my first visit but was encouraged to visit by my wife after I had had a hip replacement. I am glad I did and hence my second visit. Anca is so very friendly and professional and makes you feel at ease. My feet feel wonderful after and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.

Wonderful full body with Anca. I was a bag of knots and she carefully and thoroughly worked at relieving all of them. She's very skilled and knowledgeable. Will definitely come again!

Such a great pregnancy massage! Very relaxing, good pressure and comfortable pillows for side lying. I've had two other massages at different places during my last pregnancy and this was by far the best.

I had a lovely full body hot stone massage today with Simi. It was very relaxing, the stones were lovely and hot. I will definitely be booking again.

I recently visited for a pregnancy massage, Becky was lovely & put me at ease. The massage was amazing- best I’ve ever had. I felt so relaxed the whole time & would highly recommend to anyone pregnant who wants some TLC.

My therapist was Catrina but she's not listed.
This was the first time I have had reflexology. Catrina was great. She explained the therapy and checked regularly whether I was ok. It was very relaxing and de-stressing. I felt like I was walking on a cloud afterwards. Highly recommend.

Umaza was great, lovely girl and nails look beautiful. I think someone was poorly but they managed.

Niamh did an amazing job with my Swedish full body massage. She was super attentive and accommodating.

Had the lovely Niamh such a lovely girl and I felt very relaxed chatting away to her.

I have had this done twice previously and with a different branded product. I dont think the right size rod was used as the lift should be seen from the root. (i am trained, but cent do my pwn)

Happy enough.

This is a great place to come - sometimes painful, but definitely worth it, as I have seen fantastic results.

I had a treatment of Dermalux, I'd never had before so didn't know what to expect. Therapist was lovely as was the treatment on my face, though only after I'd left when speaking to a friend I was told it should have included a hand and foot scrub and massage of which I didn't receive any. Very disappointing as feel I've been short changed with only half of the treatment taken place.

I was bought a voucher from some friends and booked a massage with Simi.
It was out of this world.
I don’t really want anyone else to know how good she is…but that would be naughty of me 😈
Lovely atmosphere, warm room with music. I will definitely be back. 🙏

Anca had a very light touch, it's a shame the wipe off cloths weren't hotter but everything was lovely.

Pretty sure the girl who did my treatment told me her name was anka but I can’t see that name on the list! My sister bought me a full body massage for a Christmas present after having a baby and I really appreciated the treat! Such a lovely massage and girl. Lovely clean salon!

Staff who carry out my treatments are absolutely fab and always make me feel welcome.

Whilst I do absolutely love coming to this salon, the amount of price increases in a short space of time is making me think it’s time to look elsewhere. Shame really 😞

First time I've been to Victoria's and really pleased with my eyebrow tint and tidy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The young girl that did my eyebrows was very sweet and did a good job.

Deluxe manicure - such a wonderful experience - would highly recommend it .
The only thing I did not particularly like was sat on display in the window ! ..... must be an age thing , over 70 years , like privacy, but the service was splendid

This was my first appointment after being diagnosed with neuropathy in my feet meaning I have lack of feeling and pain. Natalie put me at ease, spoke me through everything and adapted to what I needed.

My first ever back wax. Becky was professional, friendly and gave great advice. Apart from a couple of very brief and slightly painful moments, the treatment was easy and quite relaxing!! And I’m delighted with the results
