I had a treatment of Dermalux, I'd never had before so didn't know what to expect. Therapist was lovely as was the treatment on my face, though only after I'd left when speaking to a friend I was told it should have included a hand and foot scrub and massage of which I didn't receive any. Very disappointing as feel I've been short changed with only half of the treatment taken place.

I was bought a voucher from some friends and booked a massage with Simi.
It was out of this world.
I don’t really want anyone else to know how good she is…but that would be naughty of me 😈

Anca had a very light touch, it's a shame the wipe off cloths weren't hotter but everything was lovely.

Pretty sure the girl who did my treatment told me her name was anka but I can’t see that name on the list! My sister bought me a full body massage for a Christmas present after having a baby and I really appreciated the treat! Such a lovely massage and girl. Lovely clean salon!

Whilst I do absolutely love coming to this salon, the amount of price increases in a short space of time is making me think it’s time to look elsewhere. Shame really 😞

First time I've been to Victoria's and really pleased with my eyebrow tint and tidy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The young girl that did my eyebrows was very sweet and did a good job.

This was my first appointment after being diagnosed with neuropathy in my feet meaning I have lack of feeling and pain. Natalie put me at ease, spoke me through everything and adapted to what I needed.

My first ever back wax. Becky was professional, friendly and gave great advice. Apart from a couple of very brief and slightly painful moments, the treatment was easy and quite relaxing!! And I’m delighted with the results

I am torn here as it was my fault that I got the wrong time for my appointment. However, although I was happy to reschedule, the salon boss made the therapist stay beyond her shift to do the manicure. The therapist was upset and obviously didn’t want to do it and was close to tears which made the whole experience really uncomfortable. You could tell that she was trying to hold it together throughout the appointment which had an impact on the quality and enjoyment of the manicure. At the beginning of the appointment I got more information from the therapist and customer at the station next to me, they told me that I could upgrade to gel nails and showed me the colours, no-one explained this would come with an additional charge and I ended up paying an extra £12. The therapist was fairly new and did her best under the circumstances to make me comfortable, making me tea etc. I’ve been to this salon in the past and have had positive experiences but this time I was left feeling disappointed.

Nicki is the best massage therapist I've ever had a message from, ask how hard or soft you want you massage and always check that you are ok. I highly recommend her. never had a massage done this way but feels great.

Rosa did my builder gel infils after having done them 2 weeks ago for the first time, with tips and gel. Very pleased with the result.

Today I had a full body aromatherapy massage and express facial with Becky.
The massage was the best massage I've ever had (not exaggerating!) and I've had many! The room was extremely relaxing as is was, the massage bed was so cosy and warm and the arnos0here was really relaxing. Beckys massage was so relaxing, so calming and just lovely. The facial was also a really lovely treat and has left me feeling fresh. Thank you so much Becky, you were friendly, professional and you're exceptional at what you do. xx

It started with exfoliation using a soft body brush, then a Seasalt rub, oil, and body massage with particular attention on the back. It was very relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards.
