Aaron cut both my daughters very long hair to give shape and movement. Beautiful cuts they both love.

Felt very welcomed as always. Friendly faces. People had plenty of space between them. Always leave feeling happy with my experience.

Aaron really knows how to cut hair so well it looks natural, requires no effort maintaining once you are back home and yet looks effortlessly chic. Aaron makes you feel very comfortable when you’re there and it was lovely to spent an afternoon in this salon.

Aaron is great. He translates my rough ideas very badly explained into exactly what I wanted. I swear he can read minds!

Really great experience. Jo was brilliant. I arrived feeling very scruffy and dowdy and left feeling like my old self with a fabulous new hair style.

Louise was so cheerful and positive. She made great recommensations for my hair colour. She explained everything so well and was very helpful.

Ross is fantastic with colour, has a great eye and made really good recommendations based on the sort of look I was after.
He executes with precision and attention to detail giving me lovely subtle and natural looking colour.

Jo knows my frizzy afro and knows I like to dose throughout my pamper. From warm greeting, attentive wash and expert cut the whole experience was relaxing professional and I let with great hair cut. Thanks Jo see you soon.

From arrival to leaving I couldn’t have felt safer yet still had a lovely experience. Nicole ( jordon ) is as ever super attentive and professional. Very engaging and kind. The salon is spotless and the sanitising and standards exceptional.

This was my first visit to Toni & Guy and thanks to Shanade, my expectations were exceeded. Shanade was so lovely and professional and so talented, my hair has never looked so good! I was given exactly what I wanted, and was given advice on what would look nice too so I left feeling confident about how my hair looks. The whole atmosphere of the salon itself was incredible too.

Excellent service

The haircut was nice, styling was not exactly as expected but looked good overall. Also I liked that the salon was visibly trying to make people comfortable with their hygiene and safety standards.

Despite COVID restrictions, felt very safe in the salon and a great haircut!

3rd visit since re-opening post lockdown. This was to re-do colour. Lily was great, she listened throughout the consultation & gave good advice. Sadly due to the colour that had been used on my previous visit & there still being a lot of box colour (from lockdown) still present the end results weren’t what we had hoped to achieve. She explained how we can get closer results next time & that this would be a colour correction free of charge as a semi had been used before. I was disappointed that my previous colour had been so expensive & yet not lasted. But I felt assured that lily wanted to correct this & did what she could. She was extremely friendly & professional & I look forward to returning to her for my correction.

I would like to credit the salon staff for their professionalism and courteous customer experience and service. My highlights and haircut lovely, a complete treat. Please pass this on to the hardworking team.

First my hair was coloured by Louise who was careful to do exactly what I wanted. Then Faye did an excellent cut. I'm very pleased.

After 6 months of no hair cut I knew it was time for a cut!
4 inches chopped later I feel like a new woman!

Nicole gave me a brilliant new cut which I totally love and It felt really safe to be in the salon, thanks for everything you’ve done to look after people. As someone with health issues to think about and needing to visit vulnerable family members it felt like a really safe place to be.

I can only add in one name but I had my colour done by Louise as well as my cut with Shanade. They both do a fantastic job every time I visit the salon and I always come out pleased with the results. I always return to both of them.

Very friendly & professional! Was initially a bit nervous with the pandemic but I felt very comfortable and safe.

Went in crying at the state of my hair. Left the salon feeling like I’d won the hair lottery. I needed the haircut of dreams and you delivered.

Very happy with the cut, I didn't give much direction as I was a little unsure what I wanted but it was a perfect job.

Hair stylist is lovely, but at almost £60 for a wash cut & blow dry it’s becoming out of my price range. I will most likely need to go elsewhere in future once I am made redundant in the near future
