i know it’s a scary thought but you really can cut lots more of my hair off without it looking bad, instead of leaving a third of it limp and heavy at the front of all places

Ross has done my colour for some time now and I would never go to anyone else. He is so knowledgeable and talented, he always somehow manages to get it exactly right (even when I’m not 100% sure what I want myself)! Would highly recommend.

I asked for a blonde balayage and came out with brown hair. I tried to complain and I was told it would just wash out.

I’ve never had such a terrible service in my life. I’ve made a formal complaint to head office and await a response. I do not recommend Toni and Guy at all. ***** has absolutely massacred my hair.

Excellent friendly service

I cannot recommend Louise highly enough. Not only is she an absolutely fabulous, current, talented hair colour technician, she is such a lovely person! She takes the time to know her clients and she knows what I like more than I do! She quiets any anxiety about the process or outcome and really goes the extra mile throughout. Not only is Louise’s colouring expertise is second to none but she also makes sure to consider the hairs condition within her work, making sure it remains healthy and strong. She also incorporates the practicalities of when the colour is going to grow out a bit, avoiding terrible roots! She’s amazing! I always leave feeling absolutely wonderful.

I did not expect to have my hair done by an apprentice, not that I was told that she was, but I could tell that she was inexperienced. I'm now going to have to do it myself.

I found Sophie very knowledgeable about my hair type, frizzy curly and in need of a good thin out.
She made some very good tips and I am very pleased with the result.

Cut and blow dry with Marie - always excellent. She knows how I like my style and never fails to please me. Lovely support staff, always wash my hair and massage my scalp beautifully. Love the cappuccino too!????
