I would like to say thank you to Amelia who has washed and blow dried my hair twice now. Her head massages are just the best and she definitely showed great skill taming my unruly hair which is a mix of frizz, wavy, ringlets and straight. Yes, a challenging combination but Amelia made my hair smooth with soft waves and it looked amazing!

I got confused as was having a busy day and turned up too early for my appointment. I was given a lovely coffee so that I could chill out in the warm instead of going home and back again. I even got fitted in earlier so I didn’t have to wait for my actual appointment. I was so thankful !

Great service from start to end from all at RJ, and a fab haircut of course from Catherine. Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else (I have done in the past and realised my mistake!!).

I love Robert John's, I've been going to you for the past thirty years plus. When you arrive you are always greeted with a smile and the lovely friendly staff make you feel so welcome. Julie and I chatted away as she did my hair and I was so pleased with the finished result, it looks fab, thank you. Also thank you to Amelia for my head massage, that felt really great! I always highly recommend Robert John's to family and friends, it's the best hairdressers around, I can't wait for my next visit!

Catherine has been looking after my hair for over 7 years. I have had lots of different styles over those years. From shoulder bobs to pixie cuts. I often get compliments about my hair. At over 60 years old that’s very nice to have.

Lovely treatment and lovely person. My dismay is on paying for my treatment I was not made aware the price had been increased from £35 to £49. Which is a very large increase. I was not informed until I found out after the treatment even though I am a regular customer. The Holistic website still says £35 or 3x for £94. I understand an increase but this amount is well over what you expect. When I spoke to someone on the phone they mentioned because of electric going up. Reflexology does not use electric for treatment and normally the light is out. There is no discount for pensioners either. I love the salon, people and Sarah who is an exceptional reflexologist but like us all we are all finding it hard financially. An increase I would expect but not £14!!
