Birgitta is a very experienced hairdresser. She blow dries and uses straightners on my hair. Her hairdressing is always consistent and she is very friendly to talk with .

For many years I have had male Pedicures at the salon with Sophie and Lizzie. Both are exceptional and so professional which ensures that my feet feel so good after each session and in good order until my next appointment.

Booked with my usual stylist for some colour today. She never disappoints! Looked amazing and always leave the salon feeling great 😃.

Had my first visit to Robert John on Thursday 19th February.
Was really pleased to be able to get an appointment the same day as I was desperate for a pedicure.

Had a gel pedicure with removal of hard skin and exfoliation with Ellie.
Ellie is really lovely, friendly and chatty. Ellie, did amazing job making my feet feel and look revitalised.

Birgitta always listens to my preferences and goes along with them, even though she may disagree with them! A first rate cut and blow dry.

I had such a wonderful experience with Ruby today. She did my shampoo, conditioner and head massage and it was honestly one of the most relaxing parts of my visit. She was so gentle and thorough, and the head massage was incredible — the perfect pressure and so calming.

Julie is the ultimate professional, I always leave feeling fantastic, she’s not only the best hairdresser & colourist but just a lovely, genuine person…

Birgitta cuts my hair beautifully. It’s short curly hair , and she understands it perfectly . It’s always a pleasure to see her as well .

Ellie has waxed my legs twice now, she is very calm relaxed which puts you at ease straight away, she preps the skin which I've not had at other salons and shes also very good at answering questions when i've question what or why does she do that, very knowledgeable. Waxing is gentle, and she looks at the skin quite close to make sure shes not missed any hair, shes not rushing which is an extra bonus. I would highly recommend. Very friendly.

Excellent. Had my hair cut and blow dried. Bella is very attentive and told me what she was doing. I was very happy and wil go back to het.

I needed to wash my hair but had been given advice by a doctor not to have a hot shower . What could I do? I booked an appointment with Bella. She gave me a super blow dry .
