I had the usual friendly, relaxing experience with Julie. Despite being extra busy due to staff shortages nothing felt rushed. It's a great way to spend a couple of hours.

Bella did a fabulous job on my hair I felt a bit nervous but after a discussion with her on what I wanted and her advise she gave me the style I was hoping for, I am so pleased with my hair I will definitely be going back and seeing Bella again. Bella is very kind and friendly, made me feel very relaxed.

Evie did a great job on my roots and blended in the colour with the rest of my hair for a natural look.

Lizzie waxed and creamed my legs for me. They feel and look absolutely wonderful and I could go swimming this afternoon knowing that whoever was following me up the steps had hair-free legs in front of them! A pity I haven’t a man to run his hands up and down them!

Eva was very helpful and very professional, highly recommended

Great surprise - new Nail Treatment room - so much better than before - it was an absolute to joy to be in there and it was obviously much better for the beauticians - great environment to work. And my actual treatment was lovely, I went for the full pedicure - bit of a treat to go for the full works!

I like the new set up for pedicures - good for me and Lizzie as both of us are at the correct angles.

Hannah was waiting for me and gave me a lovely hair wash and head massage. She then blow dried my thick hair with ease and professionalism. A super straighten x fab as ever xxx

I felt my hair style needed a little refresh and Kirstie took slightly more off when cutting my hair, this time. It's still long, but about 3" shorter this time.

Kirtskes great care when cutting and blow drying your hair to achieve a good finish.

My hair looks much healthier, thicker and it feels great!

Another lovely welcome to the salon from Evie. She checked what was planned today and my choice of colours to use. Once agreed, she quickly mixed the colours and set about producing my highlights, with foil. She has a knack of giving me more lovely highlights!

Hannah had the most amazing support from Shannon when i decided to have a complete restyle. Hannah is an amazing trainee who thrives in the salon.

I have loads of white hair which is a little tricky to blend. Bella and previously Daisy always take a considered approach to my changing colour, blending it really well.

Had my Pedicure with Lizzie in the new beauty area . Quite different to the old rooms

had a lovely afternoon at this beautiful new nail salon. Ellie looked after me so well from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, checked that I was happy with the shape and coverage throughout, and the finished result was fantastic.

I also had my eyebrows tinted and shaped. Again, Ellie talked me through every step, making sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. I’m absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend both Ellie and the salon. Thank you Ellie, I’ll definitely be back!

A very relaxing experience, as usual. Julie always asks how my hair has been since my last visit and whether I am happy with it or would like something different. She gives her professional advice, which i am more than happy to take. I always leave feeling that my hair looks as good as it possibly can. All the staff are friendly and it's a pleasure to be a customer.

Catherine always gives me a great cut and blow dry. The salon is very relaxing and a has good atmosphere. My hair always feels in really good condition when I leave.

Excellent as ever

I have cancer and I lost my hair to my last set of treatment. Everyone was so kind at the salon as I came in with my wigs in a bag and a bald head! I didn't feel out of place and felt truly cared for. Kirstie cut 2 wigs to help style it to my style and advised me on a third on how to wear it!! I can't thank Kirstie and the team enough for their kindness and understanding. Oh and to Lizzie in Beauty for giving me some fabulous eyebrows. I can't express how much of a difference this makes to how I feel. Appreciate it so much.

Julie always listens to what you want and delivers perfectly. She has styled and coloured my hair for a few years now so that speaks for itself how satisfied I am. She is always friendly and cheerful

Quick visit to retouch roots. Catherine pulled the root colour down in several places to beak up the sun bleached blonde. Very happy with the result.

A lovely warm & friendly welcome from Evie. She checked firstly whether I was happy with her using the same colours, or whether I wished to make any changes to them. She used foil packets for the highlights and we had a nice time catching up with eachother.

First time using the beauty salon and using my rewards for a back massage and lip wax
Lizzie was very friendly and welcoming and as I had never had a wax treatment she explained what to expect so there was no surprises
The back massage was bliss and time went all too quickly
I will certainly be returning for more treatments in the future

Georgia is fantastic- my hair feels amazing after my visit - sleek Conditioned and expertly cut and styled.

I had the loveliest facial today and honestly left feeling relaxed, pampered and refreshed, everyone was warm and welcoming. my skin has now lost the grey dull look I walked in with and feels completely moisturised and the best it has for so long.
Lizzie made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment and confident in her expertise throughout the facial, you can tell she is very experienced and passionate about what she does.
It was a lovely bit of self care and would recommend Lizzie at Robert John to anyone wanting to treat themselves.
