Ellie has waxed my legs twice now, she is very calm relaxed which puts you at ease straight away, she preps the skin which I've not had at other salons and shes also very good at answering questions when i've question what or why does she do that, very knowledgeable. Waxing is gentle, and she looks at the skin quite close to make sure shes not missed any hair, shes not rushing which is an extra bonus. I would highly recommend. Very friendly.

Excellent. Had my hair cut and blow dried. Bella is very attentive and told me what she was doing. I was very happy and wil go back to het.

I needed to wash my hair but had been given advice by a doctor not to have a hot shower . What could I do? I booked an appointment with Bella. She gave me a super blow dry .

I received a first class Pedicure by Lizzie . My feet are the best they have been and this is due the professional pedicures by both Lizzie & Sophie I have had over the last few years.

I had the most amazing Guinot Age Summ facial. It was a very relaxing hour as well as being good for my skin. I can thoroughly recommend it.

Very friendly service, right through from the Reception Team, to the hair washer and, of course, the stylist, Kirstie. I've been coming to Robert John for over 20 years and would highly recommend them.

Julie is an expert at colour, cut and blow drying. She always takes time to talk first about what I’m feeling regarding my hair and gives me excellent advice when appropriate. I have never once left the salon feeling less than fabulous.

Emma has always provided excellent customer service, which complements the service provided by Cathryn and her team. Emma did a fantastic job scheduling both my appointments and those of my Mum’s, which was challenging and time consuming. They were perfect and carried out in a very professional manner.

Lovely warm welcome from Evie. She. Checked whether I wanted to change any of hair colours, this time? Yes, I wanted to see a bit more definition in the colours and Liz helped me choose.

I'm very pleased with the new tones used today and they have definitely added definition to my hair.
