I have been so happy since Kelly started cutting my hair last year. At last I have found a stylist who listens and is consistently good.

Had a fab massage by Georgia. I explained where my problem areas were and she concentrated on these, working hard on the knots in my shoulders. Would definitely recommend booking.

Always very welcoming and friendly. Birgitta gives sage advice, but always listens to what I really want. She is an experienced hairstylist and clearly enjoys her job.

When a hairdresser knows not only exactly what you want done to your hair with just a few words, but they also know exactly what your hair needs to improve its condition, then the client can relax safe in the knowledge they will be pleased with the outcome. I always love getting my hair done at Robert John. Eva is amazing and knows what will work with my hair type. I always get a great cut and colour and leave feeling fabulous. Service is always great and although it can seem pricey, the value for money isn’t great because they are experts and know exactly what they’re doing.

Thoroughly pleased with my massage this morning, I had terribly tight shoulders and my back and neck feels wonderful. In past experience my shoulders have been kneaded and caused pain and discomfort but Lizzie was very skilled at gently relaxing my back etc before tafeting the problem area, great end result with no pain!
Marked down atmosphere due to sink girgling, it didn’t ruin my experience but would have marked as perfect otherwise

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and I love it. A friendly and warm welcoming atmosphere. Catherine cuts and highlights my fine hair brilliantly, she is very skilled and knows what I need more than I do myself. She also listens to any hair challenges or dilemmas that I may be having and incorporates everything. When ever I have used the beauty side, they have also been fantastic. Thanks guys!

My regular stylist Rhea was unwell, but the salon was able to offer me another senior stylist, Jodie, who was able to cut & colour my hair , and I was very pleased with the result.
