Visited Robert John today for a much needed cut & colour as my usual appointment was cancelled the week we went into lockdown. So impressed with the way that the salon has been adapted to comply with the new Covid health and safety guidelines. It was a slightly different experience than usual but the team still delivered the usual friendly and welcoming personal service and I left with the feeling that I had been well looked after and pampered. Thanks to Kelly, Cat and all the RJ team - it’s so good to see you back!

Visited the salon today for colour and cut. Julie is absolutely fabulous! Friendly, approachable , easy to discuss your needs with & flexible (I hadn’t given anyone enough time to do what I wanted but she did!). Cut & colour perfect. And to top it off I was watching Julie interact with her clients (I can’t help it as I work in the service industry) and she is so caring & kind too. Altogether perfect.

Great modern Salon and lovely professional staff. I’ve been really happy with my hair after every visit and will keep going back!

Lucy is alway helpful and understands, not only my hair but my needs as a working Mum.

My son has very fine straight hair, it’s hard to cut. Georgia understands the best style for him. He is also incredibly shy, she always try’s to make him feel at ease.

As always, I feel I'm in expert hands when I visit the salon. The best advice, cut and blow dry with Julie. Also, great colour with Eva including a relaxing head massage. Front of house always helpful and polite.

I know that I can trust Cat 100% to make my hair look it’s best. I tried various other salons/stylists but ended up coming back to Cat. Always nice to have a chat with Cat too.

I came to the salon on Saturday for my first visit and I couldn’t have asked for a better service!

Jodie turned my hair from a drab brown to a beautiful blonde! My hair looks beautiful and it has given me a massive confidence boost. Jodie was friendly, professional and provided impeccable service.

I also had a gel shape and polish and a back massage with a Georgia, both were fantastic! Georgia was fab and provided amazing services that left me feeling relaxed and pampered.

I can’t wait to return!
