As Always the Lovely Daisy at each appointment reviews my hair and makes a plan with me. It always works and I am always happy! Today she gave masterclass in hair washing to a new member of the team. It was the most relaxing hait wash I have ever had!

I have previously been with Emma for the last few appointments who is now on maternity and I was very nervous to have colour.and Just as we were discussing this she went off on maternity.
I plucked up the courage last week to book and was given a different stylist who was nice. She had no idea it was my first colour I was given no advice at all about care or how long it would last. I was charged on top for a cut which was literally 5 mins trimming the back of my hair and I had to ask for a trim of my fringe. Overall experience was ok. £160 I would expect a bit more tbh. No advice in care or next appointment and expensive I thought.

Amelia used same three colours selected last time by Emma and used foil to produce great coloured highlights! Kirstie carefully cut & shaped my hair, blowdried and then used straighteners to curl my hair. FAB! I zm very pleased with the end result - thank you very much, ladies!!
