Alex is such a talented artist, she leaves me speechless most of the time. She amazes me how she always finds a way of making my hair look flattering. She’s not just technically brilliant, she has a real eye for understanding how to make a style look good on someone. She is THE best!

Mirela S was very curtios and asked me how I would like my hair done today. She was recommended to me by a stylist who was leaving to go on maternity leave. From initial consultation to the farewell service was excellent. Alex asked lots of questions to ensure she knew how I wanted my hair to look. Alex had a mountain to climb! My colour had been stripped from too much exposure to the sun. But Alex worked her magic and after a couple of hours I left the salon with beautiful tones weaved through the my hair using the faded colour to enhance the new tones.
The salon atmosphere was cheerful and welcoming. The manager was also working and along with managing her own clients juggled managing the reception area which was very busy. I was offered refreshments but used the opportunity to sit and relax whilst listening to a lovely range of music. Highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to add colour to their hair or anyone looking for a really experienced stylist.

Anna always cuts my hair to perfection, she is great at cutting bobs, which is how I like my hair. She has bene cutting my hair now for just over a year and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
I have been going to the Cribbs store for about 9 or 10 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s pricey but it’s always worth it! Every time I have my haircut, I always get compliments on how nicely it’s been cut.

Had a lovely experience at Regis hairdressing at Cribbs Causeway yesterday thanks to Mirela, she put some lowlights to blend in my white/blond hair for a more natural look followed by shampoo, conditioner and cut.I would highly recommend Mirela and the salon.

I'm a regular customer, when I visit Regis Salon I always ask for Merila, she is my choice, I do like her, she is gentle and always understands what I'm going to do with my haircut.

I can’t tell you who the stylist was, as she never introduced herself. She was young, had a scissor tattoo on her hand and had brown hair. When I asked said that she had worked for the salon 2 years.
Found the service to be quite cold, at times a bit uncomfortable (excessive pulling on hair, couple of occasions of being quite heavy handed with the hairbrush against my head). It all felt very rushed and a bit unfriendly.
While technically nothing was done wrong, I didn’t think the experience really lived up to the £37 price tag and if I did come back, I would want someone else to do my hair.

I was given a lovely welcome and made to feel at ease with my baby. Leila cut my hair - great cut got my thick hair. The manager was also so lovely chatting to all customers.

Always look forward to my experience at Regis Cribbs Causeway! Alex always delivers a wonderful experience and I am always 100 per cent pleased with my hair until my next appointment! I have never been disappointed and can always manage my hair with no problem until the next appointment!
