Very good service from polite staff, have booked again.

I had Abby cut my hair and she did such a wonderful job. I am very happy with the cut that she gave me she saved my hair. It was a very good experience and I will definitely be going back. Abby was so good and cut my hair to exactly how I asked.

I decided to treat myself after a period of fatigue. Had a wash and blow dry. Results were great and I came home feeling my spirits lifted. Lovely staff with excellent skills and service.

I have had my hair done many times at Regis at cribbs causeway. My hair stylist is Mirella she is a lovely lady I always ask for her opinion colour & style for my hair. She is very thorough in her what she does and an excellent stylist. 5 stars always.

I had been to another hairdresser the day before and came out with a disastrous haircut. I didn’t want to go back so booked a last minute appointment at Regis with Mirela. Mirela took great care and corrected my haircut. I’ve had several compliments about my hair since - can’t remember the last time that happened. I’ll definitely go back for my next haircut. Compared to the original salon I had been to, the Regis Salon maybe looked a little tired and not as fancy, but I’d rather pay for a great haircut and service than the surroundings!

When I came to the salon earlier this year I was uncertain how I wanted my hair to look. Anna suggested a style that she thought would suit me. It is exactly as I imagined it would be. I have had regular appointments since to maintain the style. I would recommend anyone who wishes to change their look with a new cut or colour to try Regis at the Mall.

Can’t fault Lisa. Experienced, talented, intelligent. She is lovely. So are the other staff. The only thing that could make the experience better is for the salon to offer refreshments, this is the only salon which I have been to and they don’t offer. They say you can go and get one from the coffee shop if you want one.

I just has a full head if highlight, tone and cut with Alex. It was a difficult move to get the colour right but Alex’s expertise performed a stellar job. Very happy girl.

They are open Sundays which suits me just fine as I gave up driving 2 years ago. They give exactly the haircut for everyone I get compliments all the time and the styles take years off my age.
