I'm a regular customer, when I visit Regis Salon I always ask for Merila, she is my choice, I do like her, she is gentle and always understands what I'm going to do with my haircut.

I can’t tell you who the stylist was, as she never introduced herself. She was young, had a scissor tattoo on her hand and had brown hair. When I asked said that she had worked for the salon 2 years.
Found the service to be quite cold, at times a bit uncomfortable (excessive pulling on hair, couple of occasions of being quite heavy handed with the hairbrush against my head). It all felt very rushed and a bit unfriendly.
While technically nothing was done wrong, I didn’t think the experience really lived up to the £37 price tag and if I did come back, I would want someone else to do my hair.

I was given a lovely welcome and made to feel at ease with my baby. Leila cut my hair - great cut got my thick hair. The manager was also so lovely chatting to all customers.

Always look forward to my experience at Regis Cribbs Causeway! Alex always delivers a wonderful experience and I am always 100 per cent pleased with my hair until my next appointment! I have never been disappointed and can always manage my hair with no problem until the next appointment!

Maria was my stylist. She is very experienced and made sure we both understood exactly how I wanted my cut. She is very friendly and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The second time I have had an enjoyable experience with Maria I look forward to my next appointment with her in 6 weeks time.

Had an afternoon without the kids so I popped in on the off chance of a wash and blow dry. Kaelah was fabulous, saw me straight away, perfect blow dry and a really nice wave with the straighteners. Couldn’t fault her!

3 generations came in to the salon for a hair cut today. My mum, me and my 3yr old daughter. Mirela was lovely and friendly. She did a great job on all our hair. She was especially great with my daughter who was a little nervous, but she managed to give her a proper trim and praised her for her good behaviour. Will be coming back.

Very good as always. None of us whi go to Alex colour our hair nor do we want to do not open for that kind of discussion. Shampoos and hair treatments would be a better discussion to have.

I love Alex. Last time I saw her she's cut my hair differently. It lasted so well. Today she added more purple in and cut it in a fantastic shape . Even curled it . Alex is the queen of colour
