I’ve been coming to Ella for awhile now and have just been having cut and blow dry. We discussed having a colour at my last appointment as I was fed up with my natural hair. Attended today for the colour and I’m completely in love! It feels brighter and more depth! The whole process was comfortable and explained the whole way through!

Had a colour (highlights) today, Emily understood exactly what I wanted and introduced a 2nd colour low light, which worked well. The relaxing shampoo and head massage was the best I’ve ever had, thank you for a great visit.

What can I say, I have been coming to the salon for about 20 years, I would never go anywhere else.
